chapter 4: MUMMY Issues

"What are you two doing?" Oliannah asked.

"Lidar fell hitting the stool after watching jade's new video". Ellie said between laughter.

"Jade's new video!!" Oliannah asked.

"Yep you should watch it" Lidar said handing her the phone. Jade was once Oliannah's bestfriend. She was part of the seven girls. She was also a princess but her royal family couldn't be compared to the girls' own.

Oliannah gave them her phone for them to talk to the triad as they watched Jade's new video. She doubled over in laughter unable to hold it in. Her friends who had been watching Jade's video on their phone while talking to ellie and Lidar about their dancing classes started laughing at Jade's video.

Jade had her clan of friends back at hillary high. Jade's life is about sociality. She posts videos everyday to boost her followers and promote various products. In most of the videos, she is making fun of some people but in this particular video, she thought she was making fun of someone but was actually distracting herself.

After they all gained control of themselves, Oliannah returned to her room leaving ellie and Lidar who went outside the house to play in the playground.

"So, back to what we were discussing. What does she want?" Hilda asked.

"I really don't know. I ignored her all the times she met me but I think Jay knows" Oliannah said. She normally calls Jordy, Jay instead of Jordy like others do.

"Jordy? Why would he know?" Cruella asked voicing out her thoughts.

"He spoke to her to find out what she wanted with me. Well that was before he found out she was my dad's wife. Well, he said she was sorry and I should just talk to her but I haven't talked to her yet." Oliannah explained.

"Seeing that he wants you to forgive her, I guess you haven't told him why you are angry with her" Hilda said and Oliannah  simply nodded. Oliannah's phone beeped with a message from Tiana. Tiana was her P.A and trusted friend. She was employed by her father to help Oliannah, mostly when it came to royal activities. Tiana created  Oliannah's day to day schedule which made her attend royal activities. Sometimes, she would attend meetings till after midnight. She would go straight to bed because of the tiresome events she had attended only to wake up by 6:00 am to prepare for school. Sometimes, she had less occupied days like today.

'Please call me back after you see my messages' Tiana's message read and she realized that she had not responded to any of the text messages she had received since her phone had been switched off because she was trying to avoid her dad's wife.

"Girls please can I call you back?" Oliannah asks her friends over the phone.

"Sure but we know you won't call us until tomorrow. So you don't need to sugarcoat it" Elizar said.

"I will try to call you back if I don't finish late" Oliannah said?

"Why are you smiling?" Cruella asked wondering why she was smiling all of a sudden.

"Well... Jay left early in the morning for meetings long before I woke up but the meeting I'm going for, I will be meeting him" Oliannah said as her cheeks turned light pink.

"Now that explains it. You haven't seen us for months and you weren't missing us much but now you haven't seen Jordy for up to a day and you're missing him this much. It's okay" Hilda said and the call ended before Oliannah could defend herself.

"Oliannah sighed to herself as she saw her dad's wife's text. She ignored it and called Tiana.

"Hey Tiana" Oliannah said as soon as the call connected to Tiana who picked up on the first ring.

"Do not 'Hey Tiana' me. You haven't replied my text messages or returned my calls. What's going on? Do you know how worried I've been?" Tiana scolded her like a little kid.
