BACK TO WORK

After dinner, Zalina's three children were engrossed in their own activities. This includes unpacking their groceries. Meanwhile, Zalina and Ardy were still talking in the dining room.

"Lin, are you feeling better?" asked doctor Ardy.

"Yeah, I haven't cried like that in a long time. I feel much better, thanks for hugging me like that."

"I was already scared," said the doctor Ardy with a sigh of relief.

"Why are you afraid?" asked Zalina in surprise.

"I'm afraid you'll sue for daring to hug you."

Zalina's crisp laugh broke instantly. "You are nothing. How could I sue you, I hugged you."

"Lin, I'm really serious. Maybe our ages are a little different. But, I really love you, can't you consider my feelings? I'm serious about proposing to you and making you my wife."

Zalina exhaled slowly. "You don't know me well," Zalina replied.

"Then allow me to hear your every complaint and story, so I can get to know you better," said Doctor Ardy calmly.
