EPISODE 9

Writer's POV

The bus arrived at the hotel which has 'CHARITY BASED HOTEL' inscribed on the walls at the top of the building. It is one of the best hotel in Detroit that has enough accommodations for over a million occupant. The view from outside shows it is a high class hotel. The bus driver announced the bus arrival and the students got down the bus in twos. They got checked into the hotel which was already filled with other students from different places who were also being checked in to another part of the hotel. I guess different schools checked into different part of the hotel.

Roxanne POV

I got down the bus with Bella holding my bag and hers since I just woke up and I felt dizzy so she decided to help. So caring

"Our room is room 150" Bella said after we're given our keys.

"That's the last room I guess." I said tired

"Yh we signed in late and we took the last slot"she said

"Then Miss Virtue must have reserved the slot for us. We should thank her personally" I yawned "after sleeping"

Bella chuckled and we went to our room.

"Thank God it's clean" I said crawling on the bed about to sleep when we heard a scream from the next room "who was that?"

"Let's have a look" Bella said tiptoeing to the door. I followed her.

We knocked at the next room's door and a girl wearing a black crop top and a short pink flare skirt came out

"Who the hell are you?" She shouted rudely

"You don't have to be rude to us. We heard a scream from this room so we came to ask if everything was okay" Bella answered eyeing her

"Obviously" she answered and slammed the door on our face.

"So rude" Bella said and she smiled leaving there. "Her face seems familiar" I said.

"You don't have to worry about that rude bitch. Forget about her" Bella said hastily "yeah"

I bathed and slept on the bed so did Bella.

"So if I had signed Chris as my partner, we'll have to sleep on one bed" I said

"Ofcourse or you sleep on the floor" she said and smiled "Goodnight" "Goodnight too"

Next day

Bella POV

Roxie is such a sleepyhead. She has been sleeping since and I'm even done dressing. Thank God she did not recognize Nana since they met only once before. If she had I'm so sure that Roxie would done something more than starring at her last night. I slightly pushed her to wake her and she said "aunt please I'm so tired leave me" I laughed and pounce on her "who is your aunt? Stand up right now or I'll blow your head" she pushed me away and ran to the bathroom. She came out dripping wet "wow I'm going crazy. Your curves, your small boobs... They are really sexy." I said

"Shut up you lesbian" Roxanne said rubbing her cream. She wore her tight blue gown with some flower designs at the front making it beautiful.

"We are set" She said

"Yh it's 8am already" we walked to the hall. Since we were late, we took a seat quietly at the back. Then the program started

Chris POV

I'm tired of this Nana girl. She's so frustrating even after bribing her way into the contest, she still had her way to have me under the same roof with her. I'm so confused and I'm so sure that Roxanne will misunderstand me if she finds out. I knew she and her friend were the girls who came to our room after Nana screamed last night after I pushed her away while trying to seduce me. I pray Roxie does not recognize her. She even dragged me to the hall very early so she could show me off to her new school friends.

"Hi babes. Meet Chris my boyfriend and Chris meet my new school friends" she said to her friends smiling. I cleared my throat and said "Hi I'm her friend" she frowned at me. She talked to her friends for some minutes while I was eye- searching for Roxie and her friend from where I was standing. I saw them walking in when the program started. I told Roxie I wanted to use the restroom so I left to sit beside Bella.

"Hi Bella" I said. She looked surprised "I guess you should leave she isn't ready to see you yet" I was so sad and I stood up to go but she stopped me and said "Be careful with the words you or you land us both in trouble let's switch seat" "thank you" I said and smiled

Roxanne POV

I was listening to what the host was saying and writing down some important stuffs. I felt someone touched my hands stopping me from writing. "What the hell? Bella let me write. The host is saying something very important" I said thinking it was Bella "The contest starts in a month time so we have a month to train our voice for contest. We are to make 3 minutes video of our talent show and …" I said nonstop "Look at me Roxie" a voice said and I turned my face

"Chris" I said feeling angry

"I'm sorry" he said holding my hands

"Sorry for what, please??" I hissed and said "For deceiving me? For being Nana's partner? Or maybe for my stupid self who believed you??? Or for what hun???"

"I'm sorry for everything. It happened within a very short time and i couldn't do it my way. Please listen to me and trust me" he said

"Wait who let you sit here at the first place?"

"I begged Bella to let me. Don't be mad at her"

"I'm done listening to you" I said and left the hall.

Bella POV

"I guess it didn't go well" I said to Chris after the program

"Yeah she didn't even listen to me" he said sadly " she knows Nana is my partner now. Things are getting more complicated damn" he said looking angry

I was shocked she recognized her "Nana is here. Let me go and meet Roxie" I said leaving. I felt him drag me to himself and said "wait"

"Chris you left me to see your new bitch" I heard Nana say

"How dare you call my friend a bitch" I heard Roxie's voice.

"Oh here comes the real bitch" Nana said clapping her hands to call people's attention. Roxie moved closer to her and slapped her "Never in your entire life call me that again. You are the real bitch"

Chris POV

Now there was more attention given to them and I was liking it because if it doesn't work out well for Nana she will travel.

I whispered into Bella's ear "she's such a drama queen" referring to Roxanne "Let's watch how it ends" we both walked in the midst of the crowd who were already taking pictures and videos.

"How dare you slap me? Do you know who I am?" Nana said rubbing her already red cheek

"Who the hell are you? Oh I see" Roxie said walking back slowly like a drama queen "Someone who bribes her way into a contest she doesn't have the talent for? Or maybe someone who sleeps around with men just to keep her ex under her roof? Or someone who..." She was interupted

"Shut up. Stop it right there. Who told you that I bribed my way in here? My dad is a famous business tycoon so he can..." Nana said standing up.

"I guess you weren't careful. The cameras are always active." Roxie said preparing to play a video with her flashdrive on her laptop that was in her bag.
