Pretty Auntie

Still thinking of what Zichen said to her that night, Yiqian didn't notice that she already arrived at the twin's kindergarten.

"Youngest miss, we have arrived." The chauffeur informed Yiqian.

Hearing the chauffeur, Yiqian got out of the car and went into the kindergarten to see her niece and nephew she hasn't seen in weeks.

At the kindergarten, she thanked Ningning who had always helped her meet the twins.

"Ning, thank you for making this happen. I can't thank you enough." Yiqian said with a faint smile on her lips.

Knowing Yiqian, Ningning knew something must be wrong but she decided to not ask about it in the meantime and comforted Lami. "You, silly. What are best friends for? Just go and meet your beloved niece and nephew. Spend good times."

Yiqian then went to see the twins to see how much fun they are having while playing. This made Yiqian's heart overflow with warmth. She could not wish for anything else but to see the twins happy during their childhood. She continued to watch them just like that until Xiaofan noticed her.

"Oh, it's the pretty auntie!" Xiaofan exclaimed at Xiaozhuo.

After weeks of waiting for Yiqian to visit them, Xiaozhuo was elated to see Yiqian that she rushed to hug her when Xiaofan exclaimed the pretty auntie is here. "Pretty Auntie! We missed you so so much!" Xiaozhuo said.

"We waited for you for weeks, pretty Auntie. Why did you only come now?" Xiaofan added sadly.

"I'm sorry. Auntie is a bit busy. But I'll promise to visit you every week. So what did you do then? Do you have interesting stories to tell Auntie?"

Telling stories are the twin's favorite thing to do with Yiqian. Naturally, they told her how they met their mother. "I really met mummy at the airport. But she said that I'm mistaken." Xiaozhuo narrated the whole event to Yiqian with great disappointment.

"Princess, maybe you really mistook the young lady to be your mummy?" Yiqian asked Xiaozhuo.

"No! She really is the woman on the photo in Daddy's wallet. Pretty Auntie, won't you believe me too?" Xiaozhuo is close to bursting to tears. Frustrated and not fully understanding why everyone is telling her she mistook the young lady to be her mummy.

But on the other side, Yiqian is more surprised on how the twins  knew of their mummy's face. The woman in Daddy's wallet. Zichen hated Yiyang so much and yet he still keeps her photo in his wallet.

Just as Yiqian is about to coax Xiaozhuo, a distant voice calling out to twins can be heard. "Xiaofan, Xiaozhuo, your grandma is here to pick you up!"

Hearing that twins is to be picked up by their grandmother, Yiqian didn't know what to do. She knew she can't be seen by the Old Madam of the Dong family but her feet can't seem to understand what's going on in her mind.
