Loser lover (Beomgyu fanfic)

"I will steal you from him. That's a promise." "Promises are made to be broken." "This time it won't." "But you're going to die." "Better than live without you." ~ Can a good man take a bad man's possession and get away with it unscathed? Is she worth the bloodbath? A/N: Just another AU fanfic for Beomgyu because my mind is giving me a headache I had to write them down in a book. Hope you’ll like it. Everything mentioned in this book are all fictions except for Beomgyu or TXT’s descriptions but in no way related to their real lives.

Beomgyu's pov

A week has passed and my brother hasn't contacted me again after I told him that I unintentionally let his potential witness go without anything to track her with.

I should've lied. But it's all in the past now. If he wouldn't forgive me for my stupidity then so be it. There's no way I can do something about that anyway.

Compared to that I had a harder time moving on from the short memories that woman and I have shared. Mostly because she literally stole something from me that even her won't be able to return.

My virginity.

Not that I treasured that or something. I just never pictured myself getting dominated by an opposite sex since the girls I've been with are mostly shy or afraid of their parents.

Hence, I remained inexperienced and it would've been an epic fail if the other person didn't take the wheel and gave me ideas on how to properly pleasure her.

"Oh my god… look at Ji-eun…" one girl pointed at the entrance.

Fuck. I got distracted because of that girl and daydreamed for almost half an hour. Now it would be awkward to leave when everybody's seated and quietly listening to the mc who welcomed the couple celebrating their anniversary in this five-star hotel.

At first I was confident to be seen. It's not like I was underdressed for the occasion with my casual suits and white rubber-shoes.

My long black wolf cut hair with highlights doesn't need maintenance either so I just let it free fall and hide my eyes under the long bangs as my ultimate charming point.

However, seeing Ji-eun dressed in some white cotton tube dress with her hair in a loose bun even after awhile still made me feel a bit uncomfortable.

I thought I already moved on but apparently not.

Especially when we only dated in under a month before the news broke that she was leaving the industry at a young age to focus on her wedding and future family.

It hurt both my heart and ego.

She probably just had a fight with him and decided to find someone to date as a revenge and I got entangled because I was a fanboy whom she randomly picked to give her number in secret on a fan meeting event.

However, my feelings for her was real. She's my first love and despite everything I'm happy that she's happy since she had been all but sweet to me and properly sealed that dreamlike timeframe when it had to end.

And now she's been married for a year with this dude who could get stuck in the door for having bulky muscles that everyone is obsessed about.

I sighed deeply and cursed again. I tried focusing on painting random things so that I can get rid of my feelings for her sooner than later and it actually worked.

It got me busy and paid my bills when I decided to live alone.

My big brother was proud that I was finally going in a good direction unlike before, when I was rarely at home with him due to my obsession with playing online games in the nearby cafes.

However, watching her smile at her husband so lovingly, the pain just came flooding back in again like the day I was forced to watch her wedding from random clips on the news almost wherever I go.

When the speech ended, everyone gave her a standing ovation so I sneaked past the crowd.

The male waiter passing by offered me a glass of champagne which I instantly guzzled to calm myself down, before going to the empty and dimmed pool area at the back.

"Hey, this is off-limits." Two ripped guys wearing formal black suits blocked my path and one on the right gestured that he has a gun in his waistline.

Instant red flag to me and I had no plan to stick my nose further, if I didn't catch a glimpse of a tall guy in a buttoned white shirt and black slacks arguing with a familiar voice.

"Where have you been?" The growl got me curious. It's like a wolf about to pounce to a prey but the prey didn't even flinch.

"Oh, long time no see. Mayor." The woman in a red, two-piece bathing suit laying over a white chaise lounge greeted sarcastically. "How come you're not busy tonight?"

"Are you doing this on purpose?"

She laughed and it was so pleasing to the ears. "You think you're that special?"

I brushed the thought out of my system since it's a one in a million chance it's "her" and quickly left the pool entrance before those guards embarrass me in front of everyone by throwing me out of the building.

Unfortunately, Ji-eun was still in the vicinity so I had to swerve into one of the corners and hide inside a male restroom for the time-being or else she'd think I'm stalking her.

I don't know how long I stayed inside but the crowd's voices toned down so I stepped out to go home and forget about the potential job offer since the guy I talked to hasn't come down from his suite yet anyway.

However, I overheard someone crying at the corner and the sudden glass breaking sounds made me panic. I entered the room without thinking and saw a woman with blood in her hands.

To be continued…
