The form didn't ask for any complicated information. It asked simple things like address, age and gender, so it didn't take long for Zick to fill the whole form.
Finishing filling the form, Zick swiftly went through the rules and regulation, not being interested. If he had sum up all the things that this two pages say then
'The rules state that all students have to treat each other equally, and the authority and status one had outside was meaningless in the academy.....Bullshit' Thinking this, Zick walked towards the receptionist.
There was a major flaw in this rule. It only mentioned that authority could not be used within the academy, not out of it. Which means a student with enough authority could threaten another by just holding their family hostages or many other ways like this. There wasn't even a need for it, if the student had enough strength he could just beat up the other student. The academy won't stop them until it goes too far.
