Danger

Emery watched them search for Aldrich, but he couldn't find the person he came looking for.

He walked to Carissa, who has long parted with her sister and mother and was currently searching for her brother.

"Come here." He whispered.

Carissa look around before she walked to him in a daze.

"Where is Lilith?" Emery inquired.

Still dazed, Carissa answered. "She has gone to Orland Kingdom."

When Emery heard this, his eyes went wide.

She went to Orland?!

He clenched his hand and asked with a forced tone. "When did she go? Why did she go there?"

"She went at night, and mother sent her there to supervise the family business."

"Damn!" Emery cursed, leaving the Edward Castle.

A few seconds after he was gone, Carissa seems to wake up.

She rubbed her eyes and grunted. "I am so hungry that I am falling into a daze."

After that, she continued as if nothing happened.

"Master, where are you going?" Jake entered the room with a puzzled expression.
