Chaper-2 Awakening
It has been 6 years since my reincarnation. I was orphaned early because my parents were murdered by a villain. When a child reaches 4 years old, it is the optimal time to awaken his quirk. My quirk awakened when I was 5 years and 4 months old. It was a little late and I was already labeled as Quirkless in the orphanage but the late was worth it. I awakened an awesome Quirk. It happened suddenly one day. While crossing a road a car approached very fast and I almost got crushed. During that life-or-death situation, I urged my feet to move and escape. Then it happened. In one movement I was about to be crushed under a speeding car and in another, I was standing on the footpath across the road. I blinked in surprise as I hadn't expected a Quirk to manifest in me. Thus, I named my Quirk 'Blink'.
For the following weeks, I experimented with my Quirk. 'Blink' gives me complete control over spatial coordinates. This allows me to switch the spatial coordinates of one place to another thus I can effectively teleport anything or myself to any known spatial coordinates. I have noticed that the distance I can 'Blink' depends on my control and cultivated power over them. The more I use it, the better the control and the power. But I have a feeling it is more than just that. Well, I got all the time in UA to discover my Quirk. But still, in its basic form, it is still one of the most powerful and versatile Quirk.
My Chakra is not unsealed yet. It seems like I will have to wait for some more time. For now, I only have my Quirk to depend on. Right now the maximum distance of my Blink is 500m. For the next few years, all I did was practice my Quirk and try to come up with new ways of applying it. The best practice method I thought was to use my Quirk on the field. Thus a new vigilante was born in Hosu city. I am currently patrolling the city at night. These days, the crime rate has gone down rapidly due to my intervention.
"I hope I can catch someone today. "
As I was lost in my own thoughts, I heard a scream in the west corner of the next alley from my current position. I immediately blinked to the source and found a villain trying to force himself on a civilian lady. I observed the situation a bit and instantly blinked the civilian from harm to the next alley. Now there was only a bespeckled villain left in the alley. I took out a heavy marble and threw it while simultaneously blinking it to 500 meters above. While the marble falls and picks up momentum due to gravity, the villain tries to search for me. After a few seconds, the marble almost reaches down and I act blinking it right in front of the villain's head. The force of the momentum carries onward and hits him hard on the head and knocks him unconscious.
"Another villain successfully captured. Now to inform the cops." An anonymous call went to the nearest police station about the location of the captured villain. I leave the scene collecting my marble.
Time passes by and I turn 8 years this day. Today is one of my memorable days. Because I unlocked my Chakra. I have collected quite a few credits during the last 2 years or so of my days as a vigilante. I plan to use them to purchase ninjutsu scrolls. I have collected a total of 2350 credits. Now that I think about it, I also unlocked various achievements but didn't collect the rewards. Let's first collect them.

"Hmm, my bloodline abilities are powerful indeed. Byakugan allows me a perfect 360 vision and a sort of x-ray vision. Ashes-to-Ashes is literally like the name implies. I can disintegrate anything that I gaze upon. And it matters not if the thing is animate or inanimate matter. I can even disintegrate energy attacks. Only physical attacks can get through this ability if the attacker can survive the disintegration upon themselves. Amenominaka is another op ability that lets me create my own dimensions. However, it demands an incredible amount of chakra. An amount that I can only get upon devouring an entire planet.
Yomustu Hirasaka allows me to create portals through different spaces and dimensions. However, it has a certain limit on how far the spatial distance can be linked. Therefore, it is not possible to travel to different anime worlds with this ability alone. Still, it is an insane ability. Kama is again on a whole other level. It is basically resurrection. I can put kama seals on any being I choose before my death and the seal slowly rewrites the being's genetic makeup to mine and over time erases its will allowing me to take rebirth in the vessel."
"But apart from Byakugan, I can't use any other abilities as they each require more chakra than I possess. Hopefully in the future when I increase my charka levels, I will be able to use them. Still, my chakra quality and quantity are rapidly growing with each passing second. I think this is the advantage of being an Ostutsuki. The growth will stagnate after reaching its peak. "Hmm, obviously I can't buy all the techniques even after filtering. I will have to choose and I know exactly what to take. Flying Thunder god is a must. But since I already have Blink, I will buy it next time. Although I increased my Blink distance to 1000m, it still can't teleport over long distances like a flying thunder god. "I have to earn more points to get more awesome jutsu. But now let's use all my consumables." I started with the Quirk enhancement pill. The moment I swallowed the pill, my entire body was on fire. I felt my nerve endings burning and I felt an unimaginable pain all over my body. After 2 hours of endless torture, which felt like an eternity, I finally breathed a sigh of relief. My current body felt much better and my Quirk stronger. I immediately tested by extending my spatial senses. My previous 1km range was multiplied by 5 times. I can now effectively teleport in a radius of about 5km. This is a massive increase to my Quirk. I felt ecstatic.
Next, I followed up with Chakra compression and enhancement pills. This time instead of pain, a pleasant feeling wrapped around me. After a few minutes, the feeling vanished and I could feel my chakra quality and density increase by several times with the decrease in its quantity. My chakra dropped from Peak Jonin to Peak Genin. But I didn't panic, as now since I have much better quality chakra, my chakra consumption decreased sharply. Finally, the body-strengthening pills seriously increased my already strong body to an even stronger level. Of course, you cannot escape the torture of enhancement. Well, it was worth the pain.
