The Grand Plan Begins

"Does Young Pillar mean to take everyone that comes in?" A seemingly cunning person asked.

"Indeed I do, however, as there are some people who I fear may be unable to procreate even under my influence I will consider those individuals a different way. If you brought 1000 of those, I would likely give a rank 2 or 3 set instead. As I don't need nearly as many people who can not do as I ask of them. Remember this is for the future of the 3000 Worlds. My Human Race is the favored race of the heavens yet all we have done is loot and let die, all the life thus far. Since my aim is to rectify this I need to also replenish the number of people in the 3000 Worlds." Lei Jin explained.

"Would you be able to do the same for Divine Spirits like us?" Qing Luan asked, flying in with another Phoenix. Likely a male as, Lei Jin didn't see him before. The two transformed and landed.

"Ahahaha, I see you have finally decided to come and make use of my services. Welcome, my friends from afar." Lei Jin exclaimed, happily. "To answer your question, yes I will afford the Ancient Divine Spirits such an opportunity. I only need to adjust the…" He added, being cut off by Xiao Ling.

"Papa! I already changed three of the worlds inside to accommodate only Divine Spirits and the lands around them in my higher world are already brimming with the source Qi." Xiao Ling said, pulling on Lei Jin's hand.

"May we see it? I'd like to confirm this world's level before committing to it." Qing Luan asked.

"Indeed, alright Xiao Ling, let them inside." Lei Jin said.

"Yes Papa!" Xiao Ling said, opening a giant gate.

Those who could sense it knew instantly that this world was indeed running at 250 times the rate as outside. Qing Luan checked it and was baffled by what she saw.

"Young Pillar is indeed impressive. To think you were able to create something like this." Qing Luan sighed. "In any case it will be a great place for my race to flourish. I'd very much like to begin as soon as possible. Do you have a time as to when this might be possible?" She added stepping away from the now closed door.

"You may move whenever you like. In fact the sooner the better. I assume such a place would be extremely beneficial to you." Lei Jin smiled.

"Hmmm… it does indeed take quite a bit longer for my Race to mature. So a place where that can be improved by 250 times is truly remarkable. We could have some young ones reach maturity in as little as 8 years compared to the outside world. Such a place is truly breathtaking. Just how much…" Qing Luan stopped realizing that even Lei Jin wouldn't answer such a question.

"I'm my fathers precious little girl. That's how much." Xiao Ling exclaimed happily.

"I see, then it seems Lei Jin has a good little girl." Qing Luan smiled and giggled lightly, patting Xiao Ling on the head, who smiled and enjoyed the head pat.

"I'm not Papa's only little girl though. I have lots and lots of brothers and even more sisters. They are so cute." Xiao Ling said with a satisfied smile as her head rocked gently back and forth with the head rub.

"Oh my, did you refine more of such a supreme Artifact already? How deep is your wealth?" Qing Luan asked.

"Ahahaha, you are mistaken. Xiao Ling is the only one who is an Artifact Spirit. All my other numerous children are flesh of my flesh and blood of my blood." Lei Jin chuckled.

"Senior Qing Luan has some funny jokes, I'd like to introduce you. This is my little one Lei Qing Ge. Isn't she adorable." Qing Ning said walking into the area via Rainbow Aura movement.

"Oh my, she is beautiful. You must have worked hard. Congratulations." Qing Luan said, eyeing the little girl in Qing Ning's arms. "Back to business. I can't hold back now. Lei Jin could you, by chance, provide a place for myself and my man. Seeing your little girls here…" Qing Luan started saying.

"Ahahaha, you need not explain yourself. I knew the reason you came here the moment you arrived. There aren't many reasons why the Divine Spirits would travel this far. And you may also bring in the ones waiting for the good news. I have the ability to accommodate all of you. And it is my honor to help allies such as yourselves." Lei Jin smiled.

Soon after the Ancient Divine Spirits started coming by far more frequently. They had a hard time conceiving but after that most of their young hatched from eggs. So they could lay quite a large number of them over a short period of time.

The Forces around the 3000 Worlds began to bring in people that were all willing to migrate and thus the number of people Lei Jin had inside Xiao Ling's world rapidly grew.

~~6 years later~~

Lei Jin spent a lot of time with his children and even managed to refine the Wood Element. He introduced his children to the Shrine of their grandparents and Martial great aunts and uncles. He was confident in the progress everyone had made.

The World Tree even accepted the gift that Lei Jin had prepared for him. It was 100 Artifact Worlds, all of the nearly 7th rank equivalent. That had been transported to him. Through a link with the Cave Heavens World.

Under the influence of the World Trees power these 100 Worlds became a solitary unfindable source of power for the World Tree. Which was something he was beyond thankful for. One could see there was a slight bit more life in the Seniors face as a result. And so the Artifact Worlds became World Fruits.

"Hmmm, it seems these could be considered peak mid rank World Fruits. But why did they turn into 500 instead?" The World Tree asked Lei Jin, through a whisper in the world.

"The flow of time in those worlds is 5 times that of any other world. Perhaps when joining Senior World Tree they could no longer stay this way and instead turned themselves into 5 separate worlds each." Lei Jin thought, as this was the only likely case.
