MC will wake up in a parallel world where technology flourishes. This parallel world has many Sci-Fi technologies such as virtual reality and artificial intelligence. The MC will receive the Game Developer System 1.0 and needs to accumulate Developer Points to buy many things in the system shop to produce better games. Not only that, MC can use Dev-Points to strengthen him. The parallel Earth will meet a Legend that no one will ever know, even with the Artificial Intelligence created in this parallel world. ..... MC is named Alfred Garrido, 50 years old, Asian, and Filipino. He is an old game enthusiast and dreamt of creating his very own RPG/MMORPG games, however, due to life experiences, his dreams never came to fruition, instead, he worked himself as a regular office worker. He likes to read business and game-related news, even at his current age. His wife left him due to his financial condition when he was 30 years old, they didn’t have any children. Since then, he never sought another partner and worked all the time as well as catering to his gaming hobby. Mocked by his family and friends, he lived alone in an apartment, with his computer and gaming devices as his companions. He slept after his 51st birthday’s last hour ticked off. He heard the alarm ring and woke up panicked. He thought he was late for work but when he woke up, he scanned the room and found that it was not his. There were posters of a man with steel hands. Some other posters were unknown to him. In an instant, he felt a headache all over his head and found that unknown memories were present in his mind that were not there before. He jolted for a few minutes and stopped. When he opened his eyes, he quickly assessed what was happening to him. “I think… I know this situation I am in!” he uttered. Yes, he guessed right, he transmigrated in a parallel world of himself! “God damn it! All the novels I’ve read were true!?” Alfred shouted. Unknown to him, his mother of the parallel world called him out. “Alfred! What are you shouting about!? Come down you’re late to school! I’ve work to do so you better be fast or I’ll slap your butt hard!” Alfred was surprised, his mother in this parallel world is alive!? “Wait…” Alfred thought that there must be something wrong so he went to the nearby mirror in his room and looked at his image. “What the fuck!? I’m young again! Wait… let me check the memories.” He closed his eyes and scanned the memories he just received moments ago. “I-… I’m back to my 7th grade!?” He stepped back a bit due to shock but pivoted firmly after a few moments. “I’m back!” Alfred clenched his fist hard and punched the air upwards. “I’m fucking back! I can re-do my life! Hahaha!” Alfred laughed his ass out and got his mother’s second and final warning. He quickly tidied his bed and went down to eat with his mother.

C4: Kiddie Stocks!

He was still racking his brains out while eating because he needed an official money-making source! He couldn't just create something out of nowhere and claim it as his invention. He has watched many inventors in the original world be fucked up by private companies and governments for their inventions. The safest he could think of was to trade stocks, yes, there was a stock market in this world. However, he would need his mother to create an account for him so he could start trading. Trading stocks in this world has an age limit as well, only 16 years old and above could trade stocks.

So, when his mother came home late in the night, he asked her to create a stock account under her name, then the transfer on death would be named under him with 100% allocation. She did them as per her son's instructions, she had no idea anyway on how stocks work because she was not into the stock market, most of the people who did them were rich people in the country. She's just a regular person. However, for her son, she'd do it. It seems her son was planning something but she left it at that and didn't ask questions.

After dinner, he went back to his bed and opened his phone. He accessed the World Wide Net and logged into the trading platform, logging in with his mother's account. Beforehand, he exchanged 10 developer points, equal to 10,000 credits. Of course, he only put 3,000 credits into his personal bank account. He transferred it all to his trading account and started trading stocks.

Before he started, he received a quest from the system to earn money! And so, to ensure he would earn, he bought information from the system on what to trade and when to sell or buy within the day. The cost of it all was a measly 1,000 developer points. And so, the system guided him on exactly what to buy and sell. Starting from 3,000 credits, his trading account blew up after trading for only 5 hours!

From 3,000 to 7,000 credits, to 20,000 credits, to 40,000 credits, to 90,000 credits to 200,000 credits, and 700,000 credits!

In just 6 tradings, his measly 3,000 credits became 700,000 credits!

The platform deducted the taxes and transfer fees, he still has 640,000 credits left!

"God damn system, you're a freaking GOD!" he praised the system's help, though he paid 1,000 developer points, which was nothing to his earning that is worth 600,000+ credits!

[CONGRATULATIONS! YOU HAVE BEEN REWARDED 30 EXPERIENCE POINTS FOR EARNING YOUR FIRST MONEY!]

He transferred 50,000 credits to his mother's account which made his mother shout in surprise. She quickly rammed his door and asked questions. She couldn't believe her son gave her 50,000 credits!

After explaining and showing the evidence of his trade in her account, she nodded and hugged him. Feeling the warmth of his mother's hug, he reminisced about how he rebelled against her in the original world. He regretted everything he did there, and he must make it up to her this time. They both finished their dramas and went back to sleep, however, in another part of the world, there has been an ongoing pandemonium.

"Who the fuck can tell me how did we lose to some schmuck!?" the man in a suit shouted at his people.

"Boss, we didn't expect such an outcome! It was so sudden! In only 5 hours... we lost worth of 600-700,000 credits in stocks!" the scared subordinate explained.

"Huh!? So whose fault was that?! Am I at fault!? Aren't I paying you all to solve my problems and make me rich!? What the hell were you all doing now!? Fuck!!!!! Get out! Get out! I don't want to see your fucking shitty faces!" the man in the suit stood up and pulled up his phone.

The phone rang and a man's voice spoke on the other line. "Yes." it was so flat.

"Find me that person. I need details. COMPLETE details." the man in the suit said.

"Got it." the man on the other line quickly cut off the call. The man in the suit sat back and said, "No one can defeat me and hide from me."

Back to Alfred.

After earning 600,000 credits, he asked his mother to buy a better apartment permanently, which his mother did, she found a good one near the city. However, it was worth 1.5 million credits, so he and his mother decided to make three parts payment, upfront 500,000 credits, 500,000 credits in the next 6 months, and another 500,000 credits for another 6 months, all in all, 1.5 million for 1 whole year. The contract also noted no refunds, this made his mother worried, but with his system in tow? How could he be worried for some 1 million credits?

Lastly, he has a failsafe, where he can pull out funds from, that was his developer points. After a week, his game exploded from within the World Wide Net, and every gamer who had been dormant for almost a year came back using either their VR Shades or jacking in using a modem. One important thing about his game was that most players played the expert-level difficulty almost as religiously as possible. No matter how many failures, this strengthened the expert players' will to further play and strategize their winning plans.

The new influx of players and recurring ones earned him 110,480.86 developer points since its establishment. Alongside these developer points, he achieved three system upgrades from the system, it has become version 1.3. The perks of these upgrades were to increase the shop's available items, inventory size, and additional shop categories.

Also, he thought of a plan that could make his game more recognized and flocked upon, it was to provide monetary incentives to each achiever. He decided to give 100 credits to each player who has completed the Expert Difficulty and 50 credits to each player who completed the Hard Difficulty. So, after another whole week of preparation, with the help of the system, he made an in-game announcement and quickly dished out the credits to each player's accounts.

The event made all the players around the world hysterical!

How many players have completed the Hard and Expert difficulties since the start? Less than 2,000 players!

He gave 1,825 players 100 credits each, who completed the Expert Level, and its total was 182,500 credits!

As for the Hard Level completionists, a total of 8,085 players, he gave them 50 credits each, and its total was 404,250 credits!

All in all, he bought 587 developer points worth of credits!

That didn't even make a bump in his developer points wallet. After each player received the rewards, the player count surged upward, and from more than 100,000 new players, his game's users became more than 1,100,000 in a week!

With the surging player count, his system had another upgrade, it has become version 1.4. His inventory size has been enlarged from 80x55x45 inches to 160x110x90 inches!

Lastly, due to his diligence in surviving daily for the last two weeks, he leveled up and placed his free points on strength, agility, and intelligence. His body's strength became more powerful than before. It should be comparable to some 12 to 14-year-olds.

At the moment, he was scrolling the developer shop for some things to buy, with his more than 1 million developer points, he needed them to become his strength, and by spending them he'd be able to utilize them properly. And what was better to buy than experience points!?

Since the developer shop's exchange rate for experience points was 10 experience points for 1 developer point, he quickly exchanged 500,000 developer points to get 5 million experience points. After buying, his current experience points surged from 244 experience points to 5,000,244 experience points. With these, the system automatically notified him of the level-ups!

He leveled up 41 times!

He earned 164 free points from these level-ups and became excited to distribute them!

So, he allocated them to all four stats. After doing so, his physical and mental prowess surged uncontrollably!

He felt like his whole body was burning, and lots of needles were pinning his brain on all sides!

Fortunately, he was in his room and it was a sound-proofed one!

If it was not, he was sure that his mother would destroy the door to save him from his painful experience!

Another fortunate event was that it only lasted for 5 minutes, he checked his bed to see if there were some "Black Gooey" substances, thankfully, there were none. He thought about it since he was a fan of light novel books online and usually, black dirt or gooeys come out of a main character's body once they were enhanced.

He could feel that his body had become sturdier and his muscles had become more supple. Although he's only 9 this year, his power has become equivalent to those adult fighters fighting in arenas!

"Now this is something else! I can now defend myself easily against those idiots!" he thought. After a while, he closed his status window and checked the shop. He tapped the skills category and saw the numerous skills being displayed, however, he became disappointed as the lowest priced skills were at 1 million developer points, and his current developer points have become more than 600 thousand since buying the experience points. He closed the developer shop window and slept for tomorrow's new day.
