Not So Mortal

A thousand years ago the world was at the brink of collapse. The dark ages brought despair to millions across the continent. The Dark Deity, named after it's immense power, was finally defeated after a combined effort from the strongest beings on Iris, the Six Apostles. Beings who exceeded in magic and swordsmanship far beyond the limits set for mortals. The battle was intense, but after decades of fighting and countless deaths, Iris's inhabitants came on top as the victors. But, just when the people saw the light and peace was notorious, the Six Apostles disappeared. Some said they exhausted themselves after the fight and their lifespan came to an end, some theorized that they broke through an unknown rank of power , ascending to godhood. No one knew for sure, but one thing was clear, their leaders were gone. Yet again, disaster took place. The demon race attacked the humans, alliances were formed, a whole kingdom vanished without leaving any trace. Nobles exploited; commoners obeyed. Magis were looked upon in a good light, hunters were looked down as barbarians. Prestige and bloodline became more important than equality and benevolence. The Apostles were gone, and with them, the sense of unity and compassion from society. . . . . . In a world where strength and bloodline means everything a commoner boy dreams about becoming someone as great as the apostles that saved the world in the past. Little did he know that his dream wouldn’t last long. • • • • • • The image used as this novel's cover is mine (AI Generated)

My Throne At the Peak of the Tower

Owen Valegaurd was born weak into a world dominated by the strong and the talented. He worked harder than humanly possible, and rose to the peak of the tower. He was among the strongest of the gods, and was feared by many. Those who attacked him were swiftly put down. Eventually, however, Owen aquired a group of strong, loyal companions who stood at the peak by his side. They went through hell and high water together, and there was no force in the Heavens that could stop them when they were all together. That's why their betrayal was so unexpected for Owen, and why it hurt the way it did. "Damn you all!" Owen screamed at the top of his blood filled lungs. He did not curse them, although he had the ability to do so. Instead, he turned his remaining energy inward, to his last failsafe. It was the most brilliant two part construct he had ever made, the "Second Chance System". He designed his masterpiece to force his will onto the wheel of time and send him back to his childhood with his memories in tact. A transparent purple screen appeared before him with white lettering: 'NOT ENOUGH MANA TO CONTINUE WITH REGRESSION' 'WOULD YOU LIKE TO SWITCH TO OPERATION B?' Owen didn't like operation b as much as his initial plan, but it would have to do. Reincarnation always left so much uncertainty: how much further into the future, how strong his new body would be, if he was even in the same world. But it would work out. It had to. He was going to punish those who betrayed him, even if it cost him everything.

DxD: The Worthless

An otaku was returning home after work...or that is how it should be if it was not because a series of events lead him to another world!? What is going to happen to him? Is he going to stay there and do what all men would do if teleported to a fantasy world, a harem!? Is he going to have a powerful system backing him up!? Or is he going to realized the cruel reality of what it means being teleported to a fantasy world? NOTE: 'The story will take place in the Devil Civil War. The story will be original ( Original in the way that I will take characters and events to tell the story the way I want to). There is not a lot of information about this part of the story but I will try to do things in the way it would not be strange if it was canon. The main plot will be taken, but it is going to be a lot of chapters until then.' ------------------------------------------------- This is going to be a Highschool DxD fanfic but is going to include characters from Fate and one or two from other anime. WARNING: -The romance will develop in the same way as in anime, but I will try to make it in the way that it fits with the character. For example: there are characters that will be willing to accept just by being defeated, and you know that is true, but it is obvious that they will not be involved in anything significant right off the bat. If you ask why do not make it human? Because it is boring and simple, to the point it feels unnatural to the characters. -The transformation of the MC is going to be slow but not that slow, I made some aspects for that. -I will try to make emotions as human as possible. I can failed in this...Or maybe not. -Grammar can be bad, as readen above, but I believe it can be understandable.
