Chapter 2- Leaving him behind.

These guys took him out of the car walked him into a mansion, he was quite relaxed, they were humans at the end of the day what worst could happen, he went in walked up 2 floors, and entered a room,

'You are here.'

The voice creeped him out, he heard the door lock, he was ready to run out of the window if needed, he prayed that Lily won't wait two hours,

The two hours norm started kinda like this, Rowan and Lily live together and Lily comes home earlier than Rowan so if he was even ten minutes late, she would go out to look for him, Rowan liked watching the night sky, which meant that he would never be home early.

One day when Rowan was late Lily went out to find him but, he went so far that it took Lily 5 hours to find him, Lily had always been very concerned about him so after searching for 30minuets, she contacted every elder they knew, alerted everyone and created a damn big havoc in the family Rowan knew she loved him a lot but, this just made him walk on thorns as he was in the tiptoe the whole week and was not allowed to go out for a week, in order to avoid such occurrence, Rowan and Lily had decided on the 2 hours norm if Rowan didn't show up at home or didn't inform her even after 2 hours she, was free to wreak havoc and turn everything upside down.

He now regretted it.

The woman came toward him took off his blindfold,

'Your eyes are so beautiful; it is a crime to be this attractive you know.'

She grazed her fingers with long fake nails all over his face, he felt like cockroaches were walking around his face, he wanted her to buzz off, she went too far when she put her hand inside his shirt, Rowan got furious and ripped the damn ropes took her hand and threw her towards the light stand in the corner of the room, he never felt this horrified even when he almost came to face his death; now, he wanted to strangle her to death, he controlled himself and suddenly felt the same thing he felt on the road, he took her and strangled her enough to make her pass out and ran towards the window there was a really suspicious man standing there and it was him because he was giving out that weird thing if he jumped out right now that would be a mess, was he supposed to stay more 1 hour and 15 minutes in that damn room and there was no guarantee that something worse wouldn't happen, he had put himself in a situation where he was sure to be messed up. He didn't have a phone it was taken away during the car ride and so was his smartwatch,

'He had stuff quite expensive for a barista'

He knew that cause he was a barista but, was pampered by his fiancée.

He was messed up. In 10 more minutes if there comes no other option he was not going to risk it anymore that man was outside not inside so he could leave under their nose as secretly as possible and run, there were around 10 people and they were distributed in the floor evenly the third floor didn't have anyone only the first and the second, he will go through the other way or jump out of the window from other room where that man was not present, his patience was running out right when only 2 minutes was left for 10, he noticed a car coming with more 4 cars following, to the house from a small window opening, he jumped of joy when he saw the car it belonged to his fiancée, he was thankful, as soon as she came out of the car after the others came out as soon as she stepped out Rowan opened the door and screamed,

'I am here!!!!!!!'

Lily heard him and found him hanging out the window just then he heard the sound of unlocking the door he sprinted to the door and closed it, none of their men had entered the house which meant they were not on his side, the men who came to save him rushed inside the house as soon as he saw that there was help, he came out to find the man who had entered the house just seconds before Lily came, he must be there inside, he needed to catch him, he dashed out of the window and ran to find him, he checked every nook and cranny, his men were done beating the shit out of those men they spared the ones injured and locked them in the room where the injured were and asked Rowan to go out and talk to Lily, who was leaning against the car with bodyguards on each side.

Rowan wanted to catch that man, he continued to search and asked the others to do the same, he was still feeling that same weird sensation which meant he was near somewhere, the men informed Lily, what Rowan was doing and went in to help him, Lily knew it needs time so she went inside the car to wait, while he was checking the whole house for that person, the women were sneaking out, he already noticed her when she came to consciousness, the women ran out, she saw that car and noticed a woman,

'Lily Brown?

'Yes'

Just a normal circumstance, Lily calmed her guards down as she didn't feel any malice but, as soon as the women heard who she was, she showed malice, she took the knife which she took for protection herself and tried to slab Lily, the guards quickly covered her, the other two bodyguards quickly went out and caught the women, the guard's situation was worse so, they caught the women tied her up shoved her in the car trunk the other guard quickly performed first aid and they drove off, Lily felt like she had forgotten something but with the situation at hand nothing else was a more pressing matter.
