Episode 364: A problem arise.
I put the scroll into my inventory but then I hear an extremely loud crackling sound coming from outside the palace. I run toward the open window and check what's going on outside, and when I see the clear sky is cracked open, I'm stunned by the scenery because it's the first time I see something like this.
Ezira stands next to me and looks at the cracks in the sky.
"That's a warning that another wave is coming. Every 15 nights, something like this happens and on the next 15 nights, dozens of otherworldly beings descend from that crack."
I'm mesmerized but terrified at the same time from just staring at the sky.
"Why have I never seen this before?"
Ezira looks at me while resting her hand on the window.
