The Conversation.

"Hmm?, You know me?" Asked Luffy.

Realizing what he said he shut his mouth to try and process what is happening and at the same time trying to think of a reason on why he knows Luffy.

"Ohh umm, I saw you at a newspaper somewhere, but also thought you were my relative because of the D.(A/n: THE D!!!) in your name and mine that's why I remembered your name, also thank you for saving and not taking advantage of me when I was weak, *sigh*" said Lawken.

"Ahh, can you cook?" asked Luffy.

"No, not the that I know of" said Lawken.

"Well that not a problem because we are heading to Baratie to find a cook, That's what the captain say's" said Nami.

Lawken pauses and continues.

"Ohhh, well I'm tired, is it okay for me to sleep in your Ship?" asked Lawken.

"Well that's not a problem you are not the only one in this ship, we got 2 bounty hunters in the ship already sleeping and we just found them too" said Nami.

"Thank you, that will be great, but I got nowhere to go because I am an orphan I got amnesia because of an accident, and to find who I am" said Lawken.

"Orphan?, Amnesia?, Accident?, and who you are?, your like me, but diffenrent" said Usopp

"Really?, well that's what happened and I try to remember thing, but nothing happened so I tried to find a relative or something close to me, Like Luffy"

"Well that won't be a problem you can be my companion(Nakama), what are you good at?" asked Luffy.

"Well I'm a little bit good at cleaning and somethings" said Lawken.

"Your in!!, you won't be much help in fighting me too, but I want you to take a good care of Merry" said Usopp.

"Umu"Nodded Lawken.

"Cheer's!!(Kanpai!!), to our new Crew!!, *Laugh*" Shouted Luffy.

"Cheer's!!(Kanpai!!)"x3

{Lawken during conversation POV}(A/n: I won't include the actual conversation, but only his thoughts)

'Oh no , what should is say I can't even process how I got in this situation, I could tell him that I saw him in a newspaper and I need to be friendly with this'. Thought Lawken.

'Nice!, executed perfectly' .Thought Lawken.

Luffy asked.

'Well I know the basics, but I won't bother, I now he will try to get me to join his crew, so I will try to establish a connection first with the crew by not being to show off'. Thought Lawken.

Nami talks.

'Hmm, ohh that episode, where they try to recruit Sanji, well it would go well for me to have some experience to fighting soon and a fight will start in there and I'll try to not let people from Baratie die to get me some brownie points for the crew'. Thought Lawken.

'I just said I'm tired, but the truths is just a little bit, I'll pretend to be tired to not dragged this conversation any longer '.Thought Lawken

'Ohh that two, Zoro's friends or companions, if that is true then we will get to Baratie, plenty of time to get to know the crew, and to tell them a little about my background, but not entirely a lie'. Thought Lawken.

Luffy talks.

'Yes!!, I get to join luffy's crew, not a lot of benefit's being here, but a lot fun, fighting and journey a lot of time to find who Lawken is or who am ' Thought Lawken

'Now usopp brought me to a bed, now I got time to process and plan my future what will happen, a lot will happen in One Piece, most of them Is Oda patching up things all the people's question that is answered and setting up key events by hiding them in Non-canon events, but some is considered Canon, Like Gold, and Stampede.

Now my Plan is to let luffy convince me to stay in his crew, I don't know why I want that, but it seems it will made a good story for someone to write(A/N:*Wink*,No spoiler to people*Whisper*), and to be remembered in this story of his and be one with the history in the making, Me bearing the Will of the D. is a sign of me being an Important figure, and also an Important Question is.

What is That Cube that brought me here?, Why did that thing brought me here?, or is there something in between that I couldn't remember happening there was this brief period of time that didn't seem to click, and this itch that there is something there, but one thing that I'm sure is that, I'm grateful for that happening because this is my dream ever since I started watching One piece and people creating wonderful theories and Fanfics.

I would need strength, but I won't rely on it. I will use the future as my advantage, not to gain something, but to prevents some future events happening, And For the most Important part.
