The Mysterious Expert was observing the damaged area where he noticed that Yale was reappearing.
It was more like an illusion materializing than a body regenerating because Yale's body was completely destroyed. As long as one was at least a Law God, regenerating the body was just a matter of time as long as the soul was still intact. A Law Master would also be able to do it, but the difficulty would be several times higher, and it was possible that the regeneration wasn't perfect.
