30 minutes had gone by since the hide-and-seek event began, and too many notifications of survivors eliminated had appeared in Hiro's HUD system.

Even without checking, it was clear that the hunter team had collected more points than the survivor team.

Meanwhile, Hiro had just gotten a new companion that kept following him like a duckling. The girl even took one of his daggers to use as a weapon.

Hiro didn't mind that, though. After all, the girl was clearly proficient in wielding a dagger as a rogue. What he did mind, however, was the game points he lost as a result.

Every time he found an unlit torch, he had to share it with her, cutting the points he could obtain from them by half.
