We all got our thoughts, get money, live and enjoy life right? However, though their is a goal and mindset, what is your approach?

For e.g a new employee begins a job, and on that job their is a manager that has been working at the company for many years. Suddenly this employee gets a big promotion when the manager has been waiting for years, difference is the approach you take and choices you make.
