(Part 10)

Alan sitting on the corner of the spring watched the still water slightly confused. "Who knew making a team could be this hard…" he thought sighing. Grasping his recorder tightly he closed his eyes inserting his wireless earplugs in he calmed down. A calming melody surrounding him he eyed the cave from far.

"Brother, Kazuna, Isa, Zach, Senri, Ren, Noah, Haruf, Nagi, Orion, Evan, Aigou. Elias, Aaron. How much I miss them all…" he whispered demoralized. "Oh god, give me the strength to unite them all within the time I am left with…" he prayed hopefully fondling the bracelet Kazuna entrusted to him.

"But, now that I sit attentively and connect all dots together. Who in the world is responsible for all this?" he thought seriously trying to solve the mystery. "Maybe I should go and find some clues before morning!" he stood up.

A few hours later, the sun finally showed up. Rising from the east, its rays glistened over dew drops resting on trees and its leaves. The wind faintly chilly yet tolerable hit Alan's face.

Squinting his eyes and sitting straight. He stood up stretching himself. Half awake and half asleep from watching over and running around last night he felt drowsy. Kneeling before the spring he bended low washing his face. Cold shudders going down his spine he shivered. "Cold!!" he thought fully awake.

Standing up he turned to his right. Up to his surprise finding Poseidon standing before him with a towel. An encouraging morning smile resting his lips he greeted, "Good morning Alan." Alan eyeing him confused took the towel form his hand. Looking behind him, he saw the rest of the boys coming out of the cave discharging all their tiredness. Stretching themselves and laughing around they surrounded each other pumped up.

Alan pleased by their sight, wiped his face as Xavier came forward. The rabbit in his arms plunging towards Alan climbed over his hairs hugging him. Xavier blinking instantly chuckled. "Haha, so cute! Good morning Alan." he remarked and greeted at the same time.

Azazel rushing towards the spring along with over-charismatic Adam, playful Heber and stern Ryan jumped in soaking wet. "Wah!! So cold!!" they screamed together. "Why did you push me in too?!" Ryan asked shivering while Adam laughed. "Haha!! Don't fret it, Ryan. Let's push Kenzo inside the same way!" he schemed.

Ryan who was satisfied with his words agreed coming out. "Good morning Alan." Helios and Cassiel greeted waving their hands. "Good morning…" Alan greeted back with a light smile. "You aren't tired or are you Alan?" Heber asked springing his head out from the spring before him as Azazel stared.

Alan shaking his head assured, "Nope, I am as good as new." "Haha! Its great then." Feng patted his shoulder soon soaking his feet in the water. "Ah~ so refreshing…" he chanted.

Gabriel watching over the spring's sight stood with his back resting on a tree. Seraph setting the gears beamed. "Come on! You fake king! Everybody is having fun!!" Adam called standing before Kenzo. "Don't worry, let him be. He is just scared." Ryan rolled his eyes taunting next.

Kenzo who sat on a large rock collecting leftover food from yesterday turned to the two of them cross, "Tch! Do you want me to throw you off a cliff?! Can't you see I am working here?"

"See? He is afraid. Making excuses such a coward. Let's leave him." Ryan flamed the fire with deliberately while Adam concurred dejected, "Yeah… let's go. I didn't expect him to be such a coward." Kenzo hearing their words controlled himself from snapping at any moment.

Ezekiel hearing the two laughed tugging their shoulders. "Haha! Stop teasing him little brats. I'll go with you. He's working right now." he proposed. Adam glanced at him discontented, "Taking you would be utterly useless. We only need him." Ezekiel blinking his eyes surprised yet hurt at the same time sunk dejected, "Oh I see…"

Suddenly an idea clicked his brain he stood up. "How about this?" he asked straightaway changing himself into Kenzo. The two of them stared with their mouths agape. "Seems like he won't listen." Ryan whispered annoyed.

Adam suddenly lighting up whispered in Ryan's ear. His lips curving in a mischievous grin he nodded. Adam agreeing with Ezekiel's suggestion smirked. "Alright, you'll work as well come!" he took him to the spring. "What do you want to do here?" Ezekiel asked confused standing right before it.

Heber and Azazel tracing him waved, "Captain! It's so good bathing here! Come on in!" Not realizing it was Ezekiel not Kenzo. Kenzo sighed from a far. "Those fools…" he whispered in disbelief.

Suddenly Adam nodding at Ryan pushed Ezekiel inside the spring with a huge splash! "Wah!!" Ezekiel shrieked form the cold water flying up into the air while Ryan and Adam cackled hard. "Haha! Haha! Haha!" What a sight to behold!" they made fun together seeing Kenzo/Ezekiel shrieking.

Azazel and Heber too realizing their mistake smacked their foreheads speechless. Alan stared at them at a loss of words alongside Poseidon, Xavier, Cassiel and Seraph. Helios looked away in disbelief. "Ah~ my stomach… Haha!" Adam laughed rolling on the ground. "Even if it isn't the real one that expression was indeed real! Haha!" Ryan laughed amused.

Kenzo turning to Gabriel asked, "How's your arm now?" Gabriel moving it right and left smirked, "As if never injured." "Good." Kenzo responded standing up. Keeping all the food together he walked towards the spring where everyone gathered. "Come on…" he called out to Gabriel who followed.

Ezekiel coughing turned around to eye Alan who stared at him seriously. His mask still of Kenzo's Ezekiel grinned. "What's wrong Alan? Still not forgetting what I said last night?" he asked mischievously. Alan watching him step out of the spring remained silent. "Well, how about I apologize? Even if it isn't the real one. Apology would be accepted right?" Ezekiel teased.

Alan turning away ignored him. "Alan… I'm sor…!" Ezekiel apologized as Helios smacked his head in between out of the blue. "Don't use other people's clones to create misunderstandings you brat! If you have that much energy left to make clones then conserve it! If I see you dying or sleeping once we move on. I'll surely drown you in this spring before I leave!" he threatened.

Xavier and Poseidon sighing alongside Seraph, Azazel and Heber agreed. Ezekiel rubbing his head eyed Helios frustrated, "Captain hit me Vice-captain!" "And, here he goes…" Feng whispered obviously for what came next.

"You lot!" Kenzo called waving his hand. "Come, let's eat and move on. We must climb down this hill at any cost today." he told. The boys agreed as Poseidon headed back first, "I'll boil the water for tea." Alan clutching the towel tightly in his hand whispered, "It's impossible to climb this hill down in a single day."

The boys hearing him halted turning around. "This mountain is very high. Take 15 hills of the base and put them a top of each other is what makes this mountain." Alan informed. Cassiel surprised by his study in such a short while questioned, "How did you know that?"

"Of course, because I toured around the entire mountain the whole night and judging the height of the mountain from any nearby cliffs. It's definitely not less than 4.5 thousand meters. " Alan replied.

The boys stared at him stunned. "Watching out for you and collecting information alongside wasn't less work. Still I managed to find some clues. Care to hear them out?" Alan asked looking at Kenzo and Helios stern.

Azazel and Heber coming out of the spring alongside Ryan and Adam too waited for their response.

Kenzo taking a deep breath called, "Exact 15 minutes from now on everybody settle down before the cave's entrance for breakfast, then we'll discuss everything. And that includes you as well…" he ended glaring at Alan.
