The Libra's Sacrifice

Aphra's face was filled with anger and hatred as she looked at the Ziukai who she attacked with her sharp poisoned claws.

The Ziukai tried to get up again but Aphra didn't waste even a second and immediately attacked the monster from time to time.

Although she poisoned the beast with her sharp claws, the beast still managed to get up and showed a very strong aura every time that is tries to get up.

even Seth is slowly feeling a bit of shiver out of fear because as time goes on this Ziukai seems to be getting stronger and continuously increasing its tremendous aura.

That Ziukai isn't just anything that we can fought one by one. Kilian said. because he felt something strange within its aura.

the Ziukai still felt the pain within Aphra's poison so it tried and struggled to break free of the barrier that trapped them inside because of the unbreakable seal of the Nova Spell. but it can't leave because no one has accepted defeat yet between Kilian and Aphra.

No! We cannot do that! Kilian answered. he thinks that it is too dangerous if this Ziukai gets loose and there is still a chance that it could merge with one of them and control their body like what it did with Aphra.

Due to heavy damage and fatigue, It was very difficult to get up but Kilian was trying to stand up so that he could somehow help Aphra.

He noticed that Aphra's movement was a bit careful because she was also trying to prevent him from getting hit by the attacks that she performs.

while Aphra continues to try to knock out the monster, suddenly the sky was filled with dark clouds and the heavy rain started to fall.

Aphra is getting slower due to short space inside the barrier and the field was becoming more slippery due to the continuous heavy rain. Kilian is trying to keep up with the running to avoid the attack but it was very difficult for both of them.

Aphra was gasping for breath as she tried to use her remaining strength to defeat the monster. Kilian can see that her claws are bleeding because as time goes on, the defense in the Ziukai's body thickens and it becomes difficult for him to penetrate with just her claw.

if only she had equipment, even just her daggers, she would have been able to finish off the monster quickly.

Aphra was just thinking of a plan for her next attack, when suddenly the Ziukai started rushing towards them.

Aphra was just recovering from breathing when the Ziukai immediately followed its attack with its fangs intending to swallow them whole.

Kilian pushed Aphra so that they wouldn't be both strangled by the monster at the same time as he rolled around to avoid it slightly.

he sustained a serious wound on his side and everyone could see that the Ziukai had a deep bite on his right shoulder.

Kilian's body was already covered in his own blood, while he was hanging on the fangs of the Ziukai because its fangs were buried in the flesh of his shoulder.

Aphra knelt down in front of Kilian's companions and asked for their forgiveness. I'm sorry but I don't have enough skills and strength right now to fight this powerful monster. I will accept defeat so that we both get out of Nova's binding spell and I am begging you to please help Kilian.

She asked for assistance on Killian's comrade and will accept the defeat on their duel so that they could break free of the spell.

Seth immediately replied and said that she will never let this monster live because of the way it hurt her brother. she wiped his tears and angrily stared at the beast.

I acknowledge the defeat within this duel. And announce Killian as the winner of our battle. Aphra said as she closes her eyes and binded her palms to the agreement of the nova.

As soon as the spell was removed, they all felt a very disturbing energy and make them almost lost their consciousness. They all felt in the ground and forced to be on their knees.

They expected that the tremendous power was coming from the Ziukai, but as Kilian opened his eyes, he saw Linhardt.

a terrifying aura came over him. and his face was devoid of any emotion.

his eyes were like a blazing the sun and all his companions who were on their knees and completely lost consciousness because they couldn't bear the intense anger that Linhardt wanted to release while staring at Ziukai.
