The Siwa village parliament elects a new president

Siwa was an old big village ruled by the 10 oldest men of the village who decided to elect a new king every year.

Siwa village is located on a wide and high mountain surrounded by hundreds of small villages below .

In 1650, a new president was elected by parliament , Murray.

Murray is a fat man.
