For those who like strategy battles in detail, this would be the story for you. Also, as the story progress, it will get more scenes that might be difficult for some people, so be warned. ------------------------------------------------------------- Cover art and card design are original work of mine.

In the Midst of the Fire

Ahli thought to himself, how could he get himself in trouble like this? A dead body on his back, two scared women at his side, and a room full of fire without any way to escape. Well, not exactly no way to escape, because there were windows as well in the room, but, as Ahli checked on it and looked at the distance between the nearest roof to it, he knew a simple jump would not be able to make it.

"Sir, should we jump?" Asked the maid that was calling him for help and made him come to that room.

"What? Of course not. You'll break your leg or worse case, you die. This is quite high."

"But if we do not hurry, the flame…" She did not finish her sentence and instead shifted her sight to the flame that was slowly burning the room. She held her catatonic friend tighter and Ahli knew that desperation had overcome her at the moment. He came at her and touched her shoulder.

"Hey, what's your name?"
