Prime Suspect

Emily filed the report immediately and made it official as she has an eerie feeling about the report Amelia gave, she called on her partner, Sam Brown, whom her boss paired her with to carry out investigation on Hailey's case. They got into the police van and trailed Amelia's car immediately because Sam felt she might have dropped a wrong address. "Its her daughter, why would she drop a wrong address?", Emily asked Sam and he replied, " Not only friends are suspicious,  even some family members are extremely desperate to get rid of another member ", " Hmmm, I see", Emily nods her head and stops the car when she noticed Amelia stops by an uncompleted building and entered, "What could she be doing there?", Emily wondered. " That's the residence of the greatest guy with the mist heaviest criminal record in whole of the country. His name is Steve Harry, alias Stone. He was charged to murder of his litter sister when he clocked 15 because she reported him for smoking. He left home afterwards and was caught and sent to rehab. When he came back, he went into drug dealing and almost turned himself into a mafia lord but was caught and he escaped. Ever since then, he's been on the run. He never settles down in a place for more than two months but recently he's been staying here for like six months now because the owners of the building died in a suspected car accident which is said to be planned", Sam explained in details. "Wow, so do you think Amelia being here explains that she

knows about the whereabout of Hailey?", Emily asked. "That explains it", Sam answered. "Why don't we just go in and nab them?", Emily suggested. " It only explains why she's here, you see, in every cases, there's a prime suspect and other suspect too. And in this case, our prime suspect is Amelia, which is the mother. Other suspect could be the dad who is giving a nonchalant attitude about the matter", he continued, "Or it could be any other random person as we continue to investigate and follow up the case up close". After few minutes, Amelia came out of the house with a bloated face and she held her neck while coughing out loud before entering her car. " I suspect something fishy", Emily said. "Probably their conversation didn't go well", Sam said. " Exactly my thought too", Emily confirmed.

They immediately followed Amelia's car as they continued their discussion. They stopped at a distance when Amelia drove into a surrounding which they assumed its her house. They got down from the car and decided to survey the neighborhood. They approached people asking about the family, Sam approached an old woman sitting at her footstep, "Hello ma'am", " How can I help you?", "A lot, that family that lives in the fenced surrounding, how are they like?", Sam asked. " Why don't you go ask them yourself... You seem more of a talker", the old woman attacked him. He smiled and brought out his ID card, "I'm from Melbourne police station and I'm acquiring information on missing Hailey", Sam explained
