Can I Win You Over?

"Sebastian!" A middle-aged woman shouted from inside the tavern. 

Shirley's eyes immediately rounded when she heard how the middle-aged woman called out to the young man who had hit her. 

The name of the young man Shirley was looking for was Sebastian Weston, the Weston family used to be a count, it was just that a problem made them a fallen noble. Shirley knew that Sebastian was one of Victor's people in the novel and this time she wanted to take him before Victor.

However, unfortunately when Shirley realised what was happening, Sebastian had disappeared from her sight. Shirley decided to ask the middle-aged woman from before about Sebastian. 

"Excuse me, do you know the young man who bumped into me earlier?" asked Shirley after approaching the middle-aged woman. 

"Oh my, Miss! I'm sorry, it seems he was in a hurry because he received news that his sister's health was deteriorating," explained the middle-aged woman anxiously.

Shirley realised that the woman must have been afraid she would be angry after Sebastian had bumped into her earlier. Shirley then shook her head, "Take it easy, I have no intention of scolding him." 

"Thankfully, he's having a hard time right now," the woman replied with relief.

"Can you tell me where he and his sister live?" Shirley did not want to spend much time there as she was getting uncomfortable with the gazes of the people here. 

"He lives not far from here." The woman immediately explained where Sebastian's house was. 

After thanking her and giving her some money, Shirley left in a hurry, she had to find Sebastian. 

To win Sebastian this is the right time, Shirley can help him by treating his sick sister. But, unfortunately Shirley didn't bring a healer in her entourage today. 

And in this place there is definitely no healer, if she has to go back to the city centre to find a healer, then she will only waste time. Actually, Shirley could help Sebastian if her magic power had risen. 

"Why is my luck so unlucky. I could have helped him if only Shirley's power had risen." Shirley lightly massaged her head which was beginning to throb with pain.

Shirley was about to scream when she heard someone speaking to her from inside her head. Fortunately, before she could be considered crazy, she realised who was talking to her. 

"Are you still here, System?" asked Shirley timidly.

Shirley thought the System that pranked her that time had disappeared after the OOC ban was no longer in place. Shirley had no idea at all if the system was still inside her.

"But, I don't have them at the moment," Shirley said again, discouraged because she could not give the system what she wanted.

Shirley's eyes rounded in surprise when she heard that from the system, she immediately agreed to the system's request and she immediately looked for Sebastian's house to help her sick sister. 

It didn't take long for Shirley to find Sebastian's house as it couldn't really be called an actual house. Shirley could see Sebastian from a distance.

Shirley slowly walked over to Sebastian who seemed to be very confused at the moment.

"You look very confused, do you want my help?" asked Shirley briefly. 

Instead of the friendly welcome Shirley received, she saw Sebastian brandishing a dagger at her, she realised that Sebastian would not hesitate to kill her this time. 

Shirley subconsciously swallowed her saliva violently, even though she had expected this, she still couldn't help the shock she felt. 

"If you want to cheat, go find someone else!" Sebastian snapped at Shirley loudly. 

Since Shirley had never used her magic before, she needed time to show it to Sebastian and convince him that she could help him. 

A bead of sweat appeared on Shirley's forehead as she tried to use her healing magic. Slowly Shirley's hand shimmered with a transparent green colour.

"I can help you," Shirley said with a grin, knowing that Sebastian would not be able to refuse her offer. 

The tense atmosphere between them was interrupted by the sound of Sebastian's sister coughing repeatedly, then at the end Shirley could see that Sebastian's sister was coughing up blood. 

Sebastian, who immediately ran towards his sister, turned to Shirley, "Please save my sister, I will do anything for you in exchange," he said finally. 

Without waiting for a long time, Shirley moved quickly to check on Sebastian's brother's condition with the magic power she had just obtained from the system.

Fortunately, Shirley managed to help Sebastian's brother, although she did not really heal him because of her newly awakened power. Shirley also invited Sebastian to discuss their agreement.

"It's better for you and your brother to move out of this place immediately," Shirley said, very worried about their condition if they remained in this place. 

"I'm sure you won't do all this for free. Tell me what you want?" Sebastian knew Shirley was a noble and he knew people like them would not help selflessly. 

"Yes, I want you to do something for me. I know you are the son of the fallen Count Weston, I need your skills to help me raise money." Shirley would not conceal her purpose in approaching Sebastian. 

For a moment, Sebastian was surprised that Shirley knew who he was and that her request was not inappropriate. Sebastian had previously thought that Shirley wanted him to be her slave. 

"You only want that from me?" Sebastian asked once more to make sure he hadn't misheard. 

"Yes, I need someone I can trust to do my bidding in terms of accumulating wealth," Shirley explained. 

"Very well, I will accept your offer." Sebastian did not mind Shirley's offer, after all, he needed Shirley's help to heal his sister. 

"Judging from your magic, are you someone from Marquess Estelle's family?" continued Sebastian as he recalled the magic Shirley had used. 

"I knew someone from the Weston family would recognise my magic." Shirley was not surprised to find that Sebastian recognised her. "Take your sister to the main road through the forest at the back, I will send a carriage for you, they will take you to the house you will be staying in, I will send you a letter about your duties later." 

Shirley immediately explained to Sebastian what she had to do, she didn't have much time left. If Shirley wasn't back in 30 minutes, then he was worried that Ivy would bring the knights to look for her.
