The duo entered the room, and in front of them sat an old person who had a lot of muscles even though he seemed quite old too.A muscular old timer might be a perfect description for him. He was also quite angry towards the duo.

'The general also resembles Shimo a lot as both of them come under the category of brawns who make enemies out of everyone.' Alden nodded to himself while thinking about this.

"Smarty pants must be thinking about me", Thought both shimo and the general in sync.

'Hm… hm..' The general cleared his throat to gain the attention of the alden and shimo who were in their own fantasies.

"What is this meeting about? old man", asked shimo.

'Hmm.. Well, You should have realized that this meeting that is going to be held now has some connections with the generals you both met outside' replied the general.

Shimo was dumbfounded but he didn't raise his voice as he would be ridiculed by alden.The reason for shimo not being to know about that is because he was in a state of shock when the explanations happened.

The info said that there is a huge connection between these weapon manufacturers and the local militia. The one we defeated earlier is also one of their militia'.

The general continued, 'Alden and Shimo, both of you held a clean 100% success rate in your mission status, Which is quite impressive. So, Alden you're going to be promoted from colonel to assistant general while Shimo you are going to be promoted from colonel to general'.

The entire room filled with silence.

The general turned towards them and said , 'I am proud of you'. The general's face was filled with a huge sense of accomplishment and a big wide smile.
