She ran hastily toward lizen hospital and bypassed the nurses on duty straight to her grandmother's bed.

Grandma Laurette has a heart disease and so is unable to talk to kaima or anyone else for the time being because she's in coma.

she was just in a vegetative state which breaks kaima's heart on several occasions.

Albert came in immediately from the door behind and saw Kaima in a depressed mood.

"Kaima".. she turned immediately to greet her uncle.

"let's talk in the OPD okay" Albert said with gut written all over his face.

"Huh"?.. Kaima was speechless after hearing what her uncle had to tell her.

"Kaima, I know this is hard for you but the surgery can't be conducted on her if you don't ɗo it, you know our condition dear, we don't have such amount of money" Albert was so downcast that he broke into tears.
