JUDE's POV

"Let us do everything we can do for this case, we need to solve this case within this week," Jude instructed his men.

They are at the conference room preparing several steps to be taken for their coming mission.

"Martinez as team Lead you'll be assigned at the east side group, set everything in order, I will be asking all the reports from you."

"Yes Sir."

"Same with you Cristobal, Tolentino, and Dela Cruz, as Team leads at the west, north, and south sides, understand?"

"Yes Sir. " his men said in unison.

"Good, Dismissed!"

After his staff made obeisance to him, they made ways to their respective areas of responsibility.

What is happening now in his family made him insane. He has to investigate everything. His brother and his wife still have no leads. They were nowhere to be found. They lost their tracks on them.

Lie's case is his additional responsibility. Since the incident that night, he can't take her away from his thoughts. A real Amazon is what he can describe her. An angelic face with a dragon inside, with strong principle. He is suppressing his smile upon remembering her. He is being captivated by her presence and somehow it made him happy especially that she is getting along with Shine easily. Shine was so happy seeing her, thinking Lie is her mother and Lie, on the other hand, he can see fondness in her eyes on Shine.

And he also wanted to find out the mystery of the resemblance of her face to his brother's wife's face. Is it possible for the two to be twins? Soon he will find out once the PI he paid to investigate Lie's case including her possible connection to Dianne will contact him.

He is preparing himself to go to the hospital. He has this weird feeling that he wanted to see her. And he was excited about it. He smiled upon remembering her face again. The way she smiles, she's beautiful. He has this feeling he can't name every time he sees her. Even though every time they face each other he just ended being beaten. But instead of getting angry, he seemed to be fascinated by what she was doing. How come? Weird, perfectly weird.

He was on his to his office when he got a phone call. It was her mother calling.

"Hello to my most beautiful and best Mother in the world!"

"Hello my ever dearest handsome son," her mother greeted on the other line.

"Mom, you have two sons remember? When Kuya hears you, he'll feel bad," he said chuckling.

"Why? he's not here anyway. I'm just confused where did they have their vacation that until now they're not yet here, after their honeymoon, are they traveling all over the world?"

That is what their family knew. That the two have just had their vacation. He didn't tell them to prevent panic. Even he has been terrified upon seeing Shine in his house calling him Daddy. How did the child get there? What's worst is when the child apparently looking for her mother and gradually getting ill. She is asking Dianne's where about from time to time. Which made him pissed to the core of his bones.

When he thought that Dianne was the one he had hit, he immediately got her to cheer the child up. His hope died when he finds out that the woman he did bump is far way opposite from Dianne. He can immediately distinguish who's who even they're identical. On the other hand, he smiled. Really? Insanity.

"Probably Mom, you know Kuya only takes a vacation once in his lifetime, so maybe they're consummating it all as they can." He answered.

"Good for him, I and your dad already have a grandchild from him. When can we see yours?" excitedly she asked.

"Ohh, Mom I am getting close, just relax. " he smiled.

Lie's image flashed in his brain. If she will be the mother of his children, he will be very proud of their race.

He was stunned. What was he thinking? no way. Not possible, this is not so him. Where is the Jude that loves freedom? The selfish one.

Doctor Rine Lie Winters, what did you do to my quiet life, no woman, no girlfriends, and flings. Just him alone. Be sure to give justice to this.

"Son!!!..."

His ear nearly got broken as her mother shouted.

"Mom, you're making me deaf. Why are you shouting?" He complained.

"I'm sorry son, your Dad and I are going home. I'll tell him the good news. Introduce your girlfriend to us when we arrived, I'm excited. Bye son.!!!!"

"Mom, mom wait .. Mom, hello!" He doesn't have a girlfriend yet, yet his mother got excited in advance and she hangs up. Leaving him problematic.

He scratched his head so hard. Her mother even giggled like a teenager who's so eager to see a new couple.

He sighed deeply. He took his phone and dialed the number of one of Lie's assigned bodyguards. He can still remember their bloody debate before she was allowed to have bodyguards.

"Hello, are you still in the hospital?" He asked as soon as the call was answered.

"Yes Sir, we're still here."

"Good, anything suspicious?"

"Negative for now Sir."

"Okay, keep watching. I'll be there in 20 minutes. "He declared.

Wait, why does he want to see her?. Ah, nothing he just wants to piss her off. He wanted to see her beautiful face being crumpled because of him. Seeing her pissed relieved his stress. Somehow it's making him smiled. That's all, no other meaning.

He got to the hospital in less than 20 minutes.

He steps on the accelerator of his car higher than normal to arrive immediately. He was known here at this hospital. It was owned by his friend Grant, and he had always been here before. That was when his friend had not yet set up his own company. Now he is happily married to his wife who is also a doctor and happens to work here also.

When he got out of the car, he was met one of Lie's bodyguards, he gave him the car key for him to park his car.

"Is there an emergency Sir?" The bodyguard asked him in surprise because he almost ran to the hospital in a hurry.

He glared at him showing his pissed-off face.

"Keep watching" then he turned away from him.

He couldn't wait to see Lie pissed off.

He plastered a playful victorious grin.

When he arrived at the reception area he immediately asked her office. He was directed to the third floor. Office # 310, Aha. His smile showed. He will startle her.

He headed for the elevator and immediately hit the 3rd-floor button.

When he arrived at the office, he saw a woman sitting at the desk, her secretary maybe.

"Ahm, excuse me". He got her attention.

"Is Doctor Winters around?"

"Yes Sir. How are you related to Doctor Winters Sir?"

"I am her husband."

Her eyes widened in disbelief. Then the woman smiled. A victorious grin is in his thoughts, he is so sure that Lie will be irritated to bones and turned to be an Amazona again when she finds this out.

" Oh, she is with Doctor Morgan sir. I will go in and will tell her you are here. Excuse me for a while. " her secretary obediently excuse him.

"Okay." He responded.

She knocked on the office door before opening it and got in leaving the door slightly open.

"Excuse me, Dr. Winters, your husband is here."

"What???!!!" He heard her voice rise inside. Surprised. Now he wants to celebrate. Success.

He then did go in.

"Hi, honey!" her eyes widened when she saw him. At the same time, the woman she was talking turns her gaze to him.

The woman's gaze shifted from him to Lie and from Lie to him.

"Best friend, why didn't you tell me that you got married." her friend says in a confused tone.

Lie didn't speak, instead, she throws glaring at him. He smiled. He succeeded in purpose.

"Wait ...." said the woman. She seems familiar to him.

"I think I know you. "Lie's friend said again.

"You knew each other?" Lie asked.

"Oh it's you, yes it's you. Yeah, I remember you are Khent, Grant's friend, we met once. I'm Grant's wife Lynne Love Morgan." she said amazingly introducing herself to him.

Oh, now he remembered. That's why she is familiar. This is his friend's wife. He was happy. He smiled at her and nodded in agreement.

"My goodness, you're handsome !!!!." She gladly utter.

"Best,..." Lie called her friend.

"Wait a minute best friend, just let me hug your husband," he laughed at her reaction. He let her hugged him.

The sweetness of his friend's wife. He looked at Lie and winked at her with a grin which she responded with a grimace. He won even more. A call to celebrate.

But his celebration was interrupted when he suddenly stunned a moment, unable to move.

His aura changed, his playful smile faded away. Lynne was still hugging him with her buried on his shoulder like a vampire. He wanted to throw her away and scream in pain, but he couldn't because she was hugging him so tightly. He winced so hard at what she did trying to act normally. He exercised considerable restraint before she finally releases him.

"That's it, thank you Khent, you made my day."

She even applauded as if he was giving her the best gift ever. While he, on the other hand, was giving her a raw smile in response. He turned to look at Lie, she was serious but inevitably there was a hidden smile on her face. She even has a manual in her hand pretending nothing happen to disregard the fact she saw.

"Best, say goodbye to him, you're leaving right?" Then Lie said like there is nothing happen.

"Bye Khent," Lynne said before turning to Lie. "Best, you have lots of explaining to do tomorrow."

Before he could breathe, Lynne hugged him again in goodbye. He thought it was okay but then he wanted to punch a woman for the first time in his life because her teeth were once again on his shoulder. This time he could tell she was too far from a vampire, she's a Piranha fish on the ground that had been freed, he thought his shoulder would be removed by the pressure of her bite. This she did it at his other shoulder, maybe to make it even.

'Damn it' he cussed in his mind.

"Bye Khent, hemp! you're so handsome. Always come here, okay. Bye Best, thank you!" Lynne said happily.

'Thank you, at last!' he breathed a sigh of relief when she left. He rubbed both his shoulders. He is fuming mad right now, a bad trip, and unexplainable pissed.

When he looked at Lie, her smile was all over him. She is absolutely the winner of the game he made.

"Ahm, does it hurts? HONEY ??"

He stared at her wanting to get revenge on the game that bounces back to him. What did she think? Was it delicious to bite? He stumbled into the vacant seat. He closed his eyes and calmed himself.

Oh, What a life.

It's the other way around.

Now he realized one thing. Do not do unto others what you do not want to be done unto you. Oh Great!
