Asroth vs Baldir

After a few seconds of silence, the crowd erupted in noise again due to Asrah's performance.

Chief Osro gripped his hand in excitement. He didn't care what happened to his son.

He was even more pleased with the strength Asrah displayed and couldn't wait to marry her to his son.

A few minutes later, Asroth fought five more times. All his opponents were only at the 1st or 2nd Gathering Mana level, so each fight ended in less than five seconds.

"Asroth vs. Baldir!" the host announced.

"Finally, this arrogant Asroth will meet his match. Now he'll face the second young chief!" exclaimed a young Mana warrior who had been eliminated.

Balder, the second son of Chief Osro, was known to be at the 5th level Gathering Mana and had reached the middle control of his Magic Skill.

Asroth stood without any expression, calm and unbothered by his opponent.

"Hmph! Don't be arrogant. You've only fought 1st and 2nd level opponents!" Baldir said irritably, seeing that Asroth wasn't intimidated.

Asroth looked at Baldir and couldn't help but laugh loudly.

The audience was shocked by Asroth's laughter.

Had Asroth gone mad because he knew he couldn't win against Baldir? This was what people thought.

Veins popped on Baldir's forehead in anger, and he immediately charged at Asroth.

He poured his mana into his Magic Skill, [Wind Cutting].

He planned to humiliate Asroth, beat him up, and then sit next to Asrah in Asroth's seat.

Baldir knew that women liked strong Magic Warriors to protect them.

Asroth sneered because Baldir's magic skill was so weak. Even the Wind Slash from the feeble White Phantom Magic Beast he fought was stronger.

"[Wind Cutting!]" Baldir shouted as he released his Magic Skill toward Asroth.

Asroth ran and met Baldir's Magic Skill head-on, his expression remaining calm.

"He's not dodging? He must be crazy!" shouted a Mana Warrior who was also at the 3rd level. He had been defeated by Baldir earlier due to Baldir's strong Magic Skill, so he mocked Asroth for his stupidity in charging directly.

Asroth punched the [Wind Cutting] using the mana in his hand, and Baldir's Magic Skill quickly dissolved into the air.

"Huh?"

Boom!

Asroth's mana-covered fist quickly connected with Baldir's face.

Baldir's vision immediately darkened.

Asroth followed his punch with a powerful kick.

Crack!

The sound of Baldir's bones breaking.

Baldir was thrown out and rolled across the ground.

Asroth chuckled, slightly increasing the power of his kick to match that of an 8th level Gathering Mana.

Asroth was annoyed by Baldir's noise and wanted to teach him a lesson for his arrogance.
