Chapter 50: Sunlight Scarlet Overdrive

~Third POV~

After the first round of the fight in the Mistral Tournament Joseph Joestar or otherwise known as Eis Schnee in disguise has been winning round after round against the best that Mistral has to offer.

With the same secret technique passed down from the Joe Star line… Running away.

As the same victory that has been playing all around the tournament was when Pyrrha has been taking interest in the faunas' wolf as he outplayed every single one of his opponents with tricks to beat them.

After winning all the rounds the racist people in Mistral or known as the humans were being whiny of Joseph's victories but all of that was ignored by Eis as he calmly took his victories with pride.

However, for all the winnings he received, he made his personal made and not slave Raven take care of all the baggage and act as his bodyguard while dealing with fans.

Also, some assassins wanted to make certain opponents win from the betting that was made who was to win and other racist people wanting to sabotage against Eis.

They were quickly met with Raven threatening to silence them all before they had the choice to fight back and have their stuff stolen.

Later down the line it finally came down to the final round of the fight as Eis was now face to face with Mistral champion Pyrrha Nikos as they stare down at each other.

The announcer then began to introduce the crowd of their fighters, "Ladies and gentlemen we have here the final round of the Mistral Tournament! The young upstart causing change throughout the whole kingdom… JOSEPH JOESTAR!! And his final opponent… the long-ranging champion from our own kingdom… PYRRHA NIKOS!!"

"YEAH!!!!"

"GO PYRRHA!!!!"

"TEACH THAT DOG A LESSON!!!"

"GO JOESTAR!!!"

"TEACH THAT REDHEAD A LESSON!!!"

Hearing the crowd going wild Joseph merely laughs a little at the scene as he mentions it to Pyrrha pointing his thumb at them, "Wow… tough crowd, right? The names Joseph Joestar miss champion of Mistral."

Pyrrha laughs at that as she readies her weapons to Joseph as she congratulates him, "Hehe… same here Joestar but I hope that you can actually try. Don't think that running away will work on me."

Joseph merely smirks at this as sparks began to flow off from him as Pyrrha and the crowd were caught off guard with the sudden change in fighting style as he readies himself using his Hamon in full display, "Oh no worries their little red. I am more than overly prepared to fight a million of you head-on just don't hold back on my account."

The announcer seeing this starts to breathe a bit heavily from the heat radiating off from Joseph Hamon then begins to speak, "Well now folks it seems to me that this Faunus here is starting to heat the competition! Now here we go folks we begin the finals of the upstart vs the champion now… BEGIN!!!"

"Swoosh!!"

Just like that Pyrrha went on the offensive as she quickly closed the gap between Joseph and her by getting up close but contrary to what she expected she didn't realize that Joseph hasn't run away from him!

Realizing this fact she thought to herself whether during the whole tournament was Joseph just faking the whole fighting style from the beginning?

Now that shocked her that Joseph was that prepared was it all just for her?

The answer was… NOT.

The reason why Joseph took to take this seriously was that at the very beginning of the rounds he wanted to fuck with the people and mess with them.

As for taking Pyrrha seriously was to see how strong he was in using his Hamon amped as it was against an experienced champion.

"Swoosh!!"

"BAM!"

With a quick jab from Joseph's fist, he made contact with Pyrrha's shield as it launched her away with great force as she skids across the ring as she managed to get herself together.

Just as Pyrrha got herself back on her feet again she took a glance at her shield was shocked by what she saw as she thought to herself, 'What! My shield has been partially melted! How and when… no it was because of Joseph Joestar and his sparks!'

Joseph glancing at Pyrrha made a mocking gesture with his hands as the sparks traveled around his body as his Hermit Purple began to booby trap the ring in its vines as he responds to her, "Oh? It seems to me that you survived that little love tap. Maybe you can give me a good workout after all?"

Hearing this the crowd was shocked hearing the arrogance of his words as Pyrrha was about to say before he beat her to the punch, "Your next line is…. No way I'm losing right here when the fight just started!"

Pyrrha began to repeat what Joseph said as she herself was shocked after the response, "No way I'm losing right here when the fight just started! What!"

"Swoosh!!!"

"Bam!"

In that moment of brief weakness, Joseph began to charge at her with his strength as Hamon fueled his body as he had his fist aimed at the stomach catching Pyrrha off guard as he landed the attack at her!

However, Pyrrha made the bold move to grab Joseph's arm as both of them were sent flying together from the force surprising Joseph with his eyes widening at this as Pyrrha brings her rifle aimed at his face.

Joseph seeing this immediately panics as he began to get away from the dangerous situation he was put into as they were flying in the air from the earlier force, "Whoa! Whoa!! The face is off-limits, you damn redhead!"

"BANG!"

Just as the rifle from Pyrrha gun was launched Joseph avoided it thanks to his stand Hermit Purple grabbing him when he needed an out-like spider man swinging away from the bullet as he landed safely away from the attack damaging his handsome face.

"Thud."

Next, Pyrrha began to get herself together as she landed on the ring within the bounds as she arms her rifle at Joseph as he begins to whim about his face almost being hit, "What the hell woman! You go straight for the face! I'll have to say that you're far crazier than I am you know that!"

Pyrrha smirks as she responds to him with a smile on her face as she lowers her aim on the crouch area, "I wouldn't be that worried Joestar? After all, the next shots won't be aimed at your head but to your Lil you between your legs?"

Paling at this Joseph instinct protected his Lil Eis between his legs as Pyrrha changed her aim to the head to make it a quick end as she spoke quietly to herself, "Good he took the bait. Time for the win depleting his aura to the head would do it."

"Bang!"

"BANG!"

With that multiple shots were fired aimed at the head but unfortunately for Pyrrha, she failed to take account of the Stand Hermit Purple actively taking the bullets from the air as it left the crowd and the contestants surprised at this while Joseph returns to his senses.

After all, it's normal to lose your senses when a girl innocently asks to neuter your balls yes?

Seeing the fake proclamation that was said by Pyrrha Joseph took offense to that as he began to speak with clear rage in his voice, "Wha! Oh, you little bitch! Bastard are you messing with me?! I like making fun of people, but I hate being made fun of!!!"

Clearly getting on Joseph's bad side and seeing that the whole field of the ring was with his Hermit Purple he began to course the stand with his Hamon heating the whole ring as Pyrrha now messed with the wrong enemy.

With the intense heat that is near or powered down version of the sun began to heat the stone as steam was coming off from it as it was being cooked.

"Bzt!!"

Pyrrha noticed that the ring turned into a light orange color as she felt her feet were burning from the heat and she could only look on with shock at what happened to Joseph!

Joseph Joestar was surrounded with Hamon that its heat is incredible enough that even the ground beneath him began to melt at the present as even he powered down the heat he was producing as to not accidentally melt the stadium.

Eis looking at the scene could only be proud of his training maintaining his Hamom to this state as he thought to himself, 'Since Kars was able to melt off joseph's arm in the original with Hamom in theory I could do the same once I get it to a masterful manner. Hamon with the literal power of the sun itself is really frighting and useful.'

Pyrrha seeing that her opponent was this strong knew at that moment that anyone that was literally a danger to everyone around them from the heat and her melting clothes as he dashes towards her!

"SUNLIGHT SCARLET OVERDRIVE!!"

"BOOM!"

"Crack!"

The next thing to happen next was when Joseph charging the Hamon into one hand, a Hamon user can light their own hand on fire. They are then able to transfer the flame to another part of their body, and anything that touches that body part has a chance of catching fire.

But in this case, the sunlight scarlet overdrive is amped up to the greatest degree as Joseph's fist ran sparks of scarlet fire around his fist as he landed the finishing blow to Pyrrha as tried to use her shield only for the shield to crack from the force of the attack as it sent her flying out of the ring into the wall of the stadium.

The audience was stunned seeing their champion easily defeated with a few attacks to beat her to this state and they only responded once the announcer begun to announce the clear winner, "Uh…. That's right their folks are the winner of the Mistral Tournament is the one and only Joseph Joestar!!"

With that, the crowd of Faunus began to erupt, and slowly did the humans as well seeing that Joseph has won as he raised his arms in the air to announce his victory.

Once winning the tournament Joseph was rewarded the money he earn from the tournament as he begin to save some of it into his system while Pyrrha was sent to the hospital for her recovery.

Later in the night with Raven and Eis in a hotel room, Raven asked what was on her mind, "Excuse me Eis sir? What is the next course of action we go from here?"

Eis smiling at this response as they both began to leave the area he says in an excited tone, "Oh nothing much just making sure getting a Necklace but it should be a simple job. After that maybe head to Vale or Menagerie depending on what I'm in the mood for."

With that Raven shakes her head as she followed Eis to the discovery of the lost Necklace that is said to control Grimm.
