The morning light filtered through the curtains, casting a gentle glow across the room. Chris stirred in his sleep, the warmth of the morning sun coaxing him back to consciousness. As he gradually became aware of his surroundings, he realized he was cocooned in an embrace. This time, it was Sky's face nestled against his broad chest, a reversal of the night before, and a contented smile tugged at his lips.
