But whilst others only strengthen their flesh, muscles, bones, organs, and blood from the inside-out, Ji Min on the other hand was meant to cultivate all nine dimensions of his body, and temper them from the outside in; a method which had proved to be much better than that of the other body cultivators within this red portal world he found himself…
Furthermore, Ji Min also used the solution to increase the Qi sensitivity of every inch of his body which made them absorb even more potent energy causing Ji Min to be at least, five times stronger than every other body cultivator in the same stage as him.
Finally, he had also used the vile venoms of the Tranquil Poisoning to temper his body which had many more benefits than using natural Qi to temper it.
Every single inch of Ji Min's body, starting from his flesh to his pores, veins, muscles, tendons, bones, tissues, blood, and cells was now saturated and drenched with the Tranquil Poison.
This not only made him much stronger than his peers, but even Sensei had told him that he was now capable of defeating any expert below the 3 Star Lord expert despite only being at the Peak of Commander Stage.
Sensei also added that he could now hold his ground against 3 Star Lord Experts, and still be able to leave if he needed to, and all of that was because of his training method.
There was also another added benefit that Sensei and Ji Min found out during his cultivation; just a week ago, immediately after Ji Min's training session;
"Come at me; hit me with all you've got." Old Lao had said to Ji Min back then, trying to gauge his ever-increasing physical strength;
"Unh? Master Lao, are you sure you really want me to do that?" Ji Min had asked with a frown.
He was concerned that Old Lao was only at the Peak of Qi Sea Stage whilst he had already reached the 8 Star Commander Stage at that time; and based on public knowledge; Body cultivators are always stronger than their counterparts of the same level.
Thus, he was a little worried for Old Lao's safety; but long story cut short, the test concluded; and not only did Ji Min break Old Lao's arms with a single punch, but the area of Old Lao's arm where his fist had hit began to blacken.
The next day, Old Lao showed up with an arm that looked like that of an undead; then he went on to explain that Ji Min's attacks seemed to now carry the poison affinity.
He added that the pain he felt was akin to that of the necrotic venom of a Nocturnal Abyssal Medusa; a 900 Year Old Physical Beast that lived in the deepest caverns of the demon continent, and whose venom was actually included in the Tranquil Poisoning.
Realizing Ji Min's compatibility with this training method, Sensei instantly told Ji Min that it would be better if they changed the resource with which he would cultivate the next stage of the physical path.
For the Commander Stage, he had used the venoms of the Tranquil Poisoning which not only made him immune to all poisons but also granted him the poison affinity itself; this means Ji Min's attacks could now poison his opponents.
With that in mind, Sensei convinced Ji Min to use lightning to train throughout the Lord Stage; luckily for them, Old Lao who was at the Peak of Qi Sea Stage was about to break through and form his first core; which means he would have to go through his lightning tribulations very soon.
Furthermore, his grandpa, according to Master Li was also about to form his first core, and it was to happen soon as well.
This meant if Ji Min could endure, he might be able to raise his body cultivation to 3 Star Lord Stage within the next one month if he managed to advance into the Lord Stage with his final treatment, today.
Ji Min who was excited by the prospects of using Divine Lightning Bolts to not only temper his body but also gain immunity towards it as well as its affinity was extremely motivated to use his last treatment to break into the Lord Stage.
Thus, he sat comfortably within the cauldron this time; he had already built about 75 percent tolerance towards the pain, and the excitement of his reckless but bright future kept his eyes wide open all through the treatment.
[Young lord, are you ready?] Sensei asked after Ji Min absorbed all the medicinal properties within the solution.
[Bring it on, Sensei.]
Ji Min said enthusiastically before sensing the last batch of seven venoms that made up the Tranquil Poisoning erupt from the depths of his body.
These venoms just like every other time Ji Min had trained followed the reverse path as the 'Divine Resurrection Ointment' starting from his cells to his blood, tissues, bones, tendons, muscles, veins, pores, and finally his flesh; and in about three hours' time, Ji Min had already finished absorbing them all.
When he finished, his cultivation only stopped at the Peak Commander Stage, falling shy of the Lord Stage he needed; but at that moment, an audacious thought crept into Ji Min's mind;
[Sensei-]
[I know what you're thinking, young lord; but currently, it seems you are courting death.] Sensei was within Ji Min's mind, so he could instantly tell what Ji Min was trying to say, and it scared even him.
[Young Lord, you do know that if this fails then everything we have done so far would come to naught?] Sensei cautioned as he could already feel Ji Min's resolute emotion.
[Sensei, I need to advance into the Lord Stage; otherwise, I might have as well not used that cultivation technique then.] Ji Min pleaded.
The current problem he was facing was the fact that the body cultivation technique he obtained from the Legacy of Shangri La required him to break into the next cultivation stage using resources that would push his body past its limits and force it to evolve.
But now, all the thirty-some venoms he got from the Tranquil Poison only brought him to the Peak Commander Stage, and this meant that he had failed since the Tranquil Poison contained all the strongest venoms within the continent.
