JI MIN : THE OMNI-BEING

Back when fishes soared through the heavens, tigers laid eggs, trees prophesied, and chickens twerked; the destiny of all creation rested on the shoulders of a young boy, named; Ji Min! Our MC had been chosen by prophecy to become the Omni-Being; a peerless existence who was not only omnipotent but omnipresent and omniscient as well. As the forgotten cornerstone of the very foundation upon which all creation was laid, our MC was able to meet the requirements to be chosen as the herald of the forgotten True Spirit. But as fate would have it, our MC ended up transmigrating into the body of a little kid who had a soup of chronic diseases. So, in a world where the strong ate the weak, drank their blood, and picked their teeth with their victims’ bones, what would become of our dying MC? How will he survive in a world where Qilins are treated as pets and Dragons are made to play catch? A world where overlords grill their meat with tribulation lightning and drink lava?

Ludicrous!

"Hehe, it seems we will have to eat breakfast very early today." Little Qing said as the sun was just about rising to its proper position which indicated that it was truly morning.

"Ha-ha; my bad. Is the kitchen close by?" Ji Min asked scratching the back of his head with an awkward chuckle.

"I'm afraid not; the kitchen is down the plateau, on the other side of the grove." Little Qing took flashed Ji Min a glance as if she was worried she might get smitten again.

"The cooks should have brought our food by now, but I guess today's hunt was a bit troublesome for Brother Bolin." She added;

"Oh? You catch breakfast every morning?" Ji Min asked in surprise whilst Little Qing nodded her head in response as they both left the hut.

"We only eat two big meals here; lots of meats and vegetables in the morning, and vegetables and juice at night; Lord Lao says it is one of the healthiest diets in the empire." The player instinct in Daniel almost made Ji Min say;

'Sure; your adorable little face does do justice to that claim!' but he managed to bite back his tongue just in time, whilst the Old Monk simply roared in laughter.

[Ha-ha ha; you're too young for her and yet too old for her, at the same time.] He said as Ji Min's eyebrows twitched slightly at the jab.

The duo had just walked out of the hut when Little Ming arrived;

"Young master, I'm done preparing your room, you can go take a look now, and if it requires any finishing touches, just come find me." Little Ming said with a slight bow.

"Thank you and sorry for the trouble once again. I'll be leaving first then." Ji Min replied as he began to walk away.

"Young master?" Ji Min looked back to see Little Qing throw something at him.

With a fluid swipe of his hand, Ji Min caught the object, and this time the Old Monk choked and gave a violent cough.

"Sister Qing, what are you doing?!" Little Ming pulled Little Qing's sleeves as she squealed silently.

"What? The young master was hungry and the cooks are yet to bring breakfast, do you expect us to let him starve?" Little Qing gave a silent retort;

"I know but did you have to give him that specific one?" Little Ming wasn't ready to relent, just like in the case with JI Min earlier.

"Uh, well, I d-didn't know it was the one I threw." Little Qing stuttered timidly.

"Oh really, your mind went into your storage ring and picked out your yearly reward, placed it on your hand and you threw it at him; and you did all of that without knowing." Little Ming drowned her little sister with her sarcasm.

Little Ling broke out in cold sweat as she gave an awkward laugh whilst using her hands to gently push back the Little Ming who was about to swallow her whole.

~Hu!~

Little Ming was forced to release her pent-up frustration through her nostrils as she looked toward Ji Min;

"Don't worry, I will help you get your fruit back, even if I have to trade it for something else." She said resolutely and was about to leave when she felt a tug on her sleeve.

She then turned around to find Little Qing pouting in displeasure;

"Don't you think it would make him see me as a fickle person if I suddenly try to get back what I just gave to him?"

'Who cares how he sees you or about his opinion?!'

That was what Little Ming wanted to yell at her twin, but then a realization hit her;

"Wait- don't tell me-?"

She then resolutely shook her head in denial;

"No way, it's not that right?"

She asked once again for confirmation, but upon seeing Little Qing's flushed face, Little Ming nearly pulled out her hair in frustration;

"Ten minutes! I was only gone for ten minutes, and you already sold a year's worth of hard work to someone you just met?!"

Little Ming felt almost had seizures at the absurdity of the situation.

No matter what perspective her mind tried to process the situation from, they all arrived at the same answer;

Ludicrous!

"Is everything alright?" Ji Min asked after noticing the weird look on Little Ming's face.

Little Ming felt her body tremble when she heard him speak, and for a moment, she thought JI Min had heard her entire conversation with her twin; she stiffly turned her head around before pulling the fakest smile in existence;

"We are all good here, young master!" She said with a thumbs-up.

"Oh; alright then. I'll be leaving now; thanks for the fruit Little Qing." Ji Min said with his best smile which smote Little Ming and made Little Qing blush furiously.

The little timid girl turned her back towards Ji Min before stuttering;

"Y-you don't need to thank me, young master. Don't worry once breakfast is ready, I will come to deliver it to y-" Little Qing abruptly felt a hand cover her mouth.

"Hehe-he; what she meant to say was that we will come find you once breakfast is ready." Little Ming corrected with an awkward chuckle.

Little Qing realized the complications within her sentence and her face instantly took another shade of deeper red.

"Alright then, thank you." Ji Min waved at the twins before leaving for the mansion to check out his new room.

Once Ji Min stepped into the mansion, the twins felt their legs turn jelly as they slumped to the ground;

"Qing I can't blame you; that boy truly has it all. But still, I wouldn't have given my yearly reward."

"I'm sorry, I wasn't thinking straight at that time." Little Qing replied with a sigh.

She looked like a girl that had just recovered from being bewitched, and it was a state so sorry-like that Little Ming was forced to give her a hug.

"It's alright; don't worry, I will get it back for you." Little Ming said as she caressed her twin's hair.

"Ming though I wasn't thinking clearly at that time, I still would have given Brother Min that fruit if the situation repeated itself, so can you please drop this matter, please?" Little Qing said with a puppy eyes;

"What happened to calling him young master?" Little Ming tilted her head to take a closer look at her twin before sternly warning her;

"Ji Min is very important to Lord Lao and we are also his maids, don't cause unnecessary troubles!"
