Father Sebastian was too frustrated. He didn't like the fact that Father Jacob and Father Paulson simply solved the Missing case in two days. He didn't know that Veronica was involved in it. He thought it was Father Jacob's doing. He showed that anger and frustration on Jacob's sister Julie. Julie had no other choice because if she did anything against father Sebastian he would upload her video to the internet.
