Flickering Cursor.

Jamie Aiden stared at his computer screen, watching the

cursor on his computer flicker as it awaited for his fingers

to caress the keys. He was supposed to be working on

an essay for his physics course in college, it was an

essay to explain why Rutherford's experiment probing

the structure of the atom resulted in a surprise. The

problem was he didn't know.

During class he found himself eyeballing a short blonde

boy. And he wasn't sure why he did that either.

When Jamie was in high school, he was known as

he-she. He had earned this name for looking so

feminine, despite the fact he truly was a he. He had no

friends, and for this reason, he never had been in a

relationship. He spent his lunch break alone, eating

whatever leftovers he found in the back of the fridge,

beginning to lose its freshness. He didn't want to bother

his family and cause a problem because he ate

someone's french fries.

Life was so boring for him. He

was pretty sure he was going to be spending a lot of

time alone in college. The only time he nearly had an

idea of what sexually interested him, was when he went

to work.

He worked at an adult store, somewhere he began

working the moment he turned eighteen and it's not that

he wanted to work in such a strange place, it's that he

wanted a job and nobody in their right mind would think

to work in a sex shop. When a girl walked in to buy a

fake dick, he'd imagine just how she'd be using it. When

a guy came in to buy anal beads and flavored lube, he'd

imagine what they were doing. He'd spend a couple

nights a week with his pants off, panting into the ceiling

of his two bedroom apartment, alone.

But this new boy, he really caught his eye.
