It was a chilly night and sky was clear as glass with star lights shining through. But dark smokes started to cover the view followed by a gunshot and a woman's scream.
"You can't do this to me Hizashi; let my family go at least." Daijirō pleaded bleeding on the floor of the burning building.
"We both know I can't do that. Vengeance is a powerful thing; I don't want to leave any loose ends that'll haunt my future." Hizashi replied and shot his wife again who was barely holding on to life.
"Himari!" He cried out, "Why? Why are you doing this?" He hit his fist hard on the floor. His son Hayato was tied to a pillar near the living room. He watched, screaming and begging for mercy but they ignored him.
"Why? Because you're a dangerous man and you know too much. Yes you've helped the organization a lot in dealing with difficult situations and that's why you're a threat to us to. The old man sends his regards, good bye old friend." He bent over and whispered something in his ears that left him shocked and speechless. Hizashi left ignoring their screams with his team of skilled agents. He stopped to pick a call.
"Hello? Yes sir! It is done, the rabbit is dead." He turned to Hayato who was still eight and crying his eyes out, "Don't worry, it'll be over soon." He patted him on the head and left the building. The fire was getting intense; if they stayed longer they might get caught in it too. One of his men pulled out a folded chair from the car and he sat and watched them burn.
I'll try to upload every Friday and complete the story quickly. I can't describe everything correctly so make due with the way I tell it. I hope you enjoy it and continue to follow me, I have more to tell
