HAVING WALKED BACK IN AND TOWARDS THE PHONE, I WAS CONFLICTED ON WHETHER TO ANSWER IT OR NOT AND DECIDED NOT TO. If anything, he'll call back when he comes. I guess I have to shower and start my day. When I walked to the door, Adam's phone rang again and I got disturbed. Who was it that kept calling him? Not that I doubted Adam but was it such an important message that they wanted to relay? But I can't answer his phone....that's just....weird for me. But this person kept calling. Was it very important that it couldn't wait??

I picked the phone and decided to quickly say the owner wasn't around and to please call later.

"Hell----" I started but unfortunately I got cut.

"Hey Adam ...bro...why weren't you answering my calls? Anywho....you'd better start polishing your shoes because I found it...." The guy on the other side seemed happy and jovial.

I took the phone off of my ear and looked at the caller ID. Pablo. Okay....whoever this man was...he was surely a bundle of joy...

I coughed to make him notice it was me on the other line and he hangs up and calls later.

"Do you hear me bro?? I found it! Pure ruby. A whole ruby red ring....and this one isn't any ordinary one...it's a tristone ruby engagement ring with a yellow-golden band. You girl's gonna be happy man...she's gonna blow....."

I immediately felt a weakness in my legs and fell to the bed as I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Ruby engagement ring??? Was Adam planning on proposing?? To me??? Oh God...finally!

But what was i going to wear??? I had no new thing to wear at such an important event. Adam was going to propose and I had to be sure I dressed perfectly for the day. I looked at my nails and God they looked ugly. I bit them off over my course of illness. My skin had began to sag and my hair was old. I definitely needed a makeover and as soon as possible. I had to call Ciara...she would definitely know what to do in a time like this.

I think I've got to wear something red. yes...Adam once told me I look good in red...so red it is.

But no....if I do that I'll be making it about me. His Favourite colour is black so I wouldn't mind getting a black dress. I actually saw one in one of the magazine's I was skimming through. I should contact them immediately and try to purchase it or better yet, order a custom made dress. Lauren should still have constant to my old designer friends. long time no talk, this is an emergency and am sure they'll do something equally great. Of course...yes...that's the plan...

"Hey bro...and you know...it's slightly different from what you wanted but it's the best. It's got a big ruby gem on the centre with two smaller ones on the sides...I seriously can't wait for you to come down and see it. So when can we schedule a meeting?? Oh.oh...before I forget.....I've got your back on the hotel booking. It's ready for you this weekend.....you can come by on Friday for us to finish all the arrangements and then boom....you're ready to go down on that knee....."

Dumbstruck and not knowing what to do, I sat there quiet. Should I hang up?? No...I can't do that, if I do, he'll know I picked the call when he talks to Adam and all this plan of his will be foiled.

But I can't say a word either, he'll know it's me and this will be a surprise gone wrong. What do I do??

"Hey bro....are you there??? Adam???" He asked anxiously and I sat there quietly, bitting my lip with my leg tapping against the floor nervously.

"Yoh...Jens...are you here??"

"Uh---uh...hello....hello who's this??? I can't hear you.....hello???" I decided to play it smart. The actress way.

"Yoh...I think there's something wrong with the network....." He said on the other hand and to his friend.

"Really???" His friend asked getting the phone am sure. "Hello ... AJ....you there??? Your man P just landed on a jackpot...bruh you can't miss this ....hello??"

"Hello....??...I ..I can't hear you....Adam???" I screamed around in the room hoping these guys would hang up.

"Adam there's someone on the phone but I can't hear what he's saying.....where are you????" I asked looking around with the phone still on my ear...

"Yoohhh bro ...that's the chick. It's her!! Goddamn it!!!"

"Really??? Dang it!!"

"Relax I don't think she heard us though....there seems to be a problem with the network.....we can hear her but she can't hear us....."

"Hello??? Oh God ..what's wrong....why can't I hear anything ...." I lied and smacked the phone against my arm the very second Adam came in from the unknown.

"What's up Elly.?? You called...."

"Yeah...where were you??? I came in here looking for you but you weren't around and when I was about to leave, your phone rang and someone named Pablo called....."

The moment I mentioned his name, Adam shrieked like a girl and snatched the phone from my hand. I kept my cool and managed to act all shocked.

"What did he say??? Did he say anything?? What did he say??" He asked desperately.

"How exactly am I supposed to know that?? I didn't hear a thing....there's something wrong with the network.....just check if he's still online...." I requested. "He called many times and am sure it's something important. Then, Adam put the phone on his ear and I knew I had killed it. He fell for my plan, oh man I was relieved. I couldn't imagine ruining it for him. I saw him smile and I knew his friend was still on line.

"Umm...can you please make me a cup of coffee???" He asked and I narrowed my eyes at him.

"Why?? Are you talking to a girl???"

"Oh God have you ever heard of a female Pablo????"

"You never know...."

"Coffee please?? Babe..." He added the last part and I knew I wouldn't say no. I walked out with my heart full of joy.

"With no foam sweety..." He added and I nodded and closed the door behind me.

I wish I'd dance and dance and dance and never stop. Oh my God...

This was breakthrough in my life. Angela's ghost must be happy for me after what I did to her body and she's changed my fate as a way of thanking me. Oh God am so pleased.

I quickly rushed to the kitchen and found Lauren cleaning some dishes.

"Hey Lauren....can you please switch the appointment to this morning??? I have shopping to do in the afternoon...." I exclaimed as I opened the cupboards and took out the latest coffee beans from Russia.

"Possible!" She screamed a positive at me and I smiled.

"Also ...tell Vogue am ready for the interview tomorrow. And ...uh .....Gemini can bring the scripts over in the morning too....."

"Oh...look at you having such a mood.."

"Well what can I say...?? Life's what happens when you're busy making other plans ....."
