When William arrived in the town, he was suddenly convinced that it was an ordinary town. It was what he saw that made him think so.
He saw children and old beggars in the streets, rich fat merchants, ordinary working people, farmers, blacksmiths, tailors, hunters with bows, and a few mages. The reason he was able to spot these mages was because they wandered freely with magic pressure. William wasn't like that.
He used a method that also suppressed his spiritual power, including the breathing technique of the Sleeping Tortoise. This way, he didn't want people to suddenly think that he was a mage. He didn't want people to judge him based on whether he was a mage or not.
