Nothing

Fear took over her as her mind started to remember. It was dark and she was in pain. Tears slid down from her eyes as her body started to shake in fear. She tried to stand up but every time she did that her foot hurt. 

Petal realized that the corridor was quiet. Too quiet. She reached to touch her ears and noticed that her hearing devices were missing. She must have dropped while she was running. A quiet sob escaped her lips. She was scared and in pain. This happened because of him. If he didn't chase her none of this would have happened.

She hated darkness. It reminded her of what her father did to her. Petal's breathing started to quicken. Her body became cold. Sweat gathered on her forehead. She was having a panic attack. Something that hasn't happened for a long time now.

Suddenly. The lights turned on and when she looked up. She saw him.
