Can I get your number

As I walked back home I continued repeating what happened at the park over and over again not able to stop thinking about it or maybe just maybe not able to stop thinking about him and it's kinda freaking me out for a guy I just met.

An expensive black car pull up beside me but I decided to ignore it still thinking about what the fuck could be wrong with me and then he stepped out of the car 

"Is he stalking me or something?" I thought

"Hey, can I give u a ride?" He asked

"Um....

"Plus it's pretty hot outside" he added

He was right though, it's extremely hot outside and I could really really use a ride right now 

"Okay" I said as he moved to the other side of the car and opened the door for me 

"Thanks" 

"So do you work?" He said finally breaking the silence that had enveloped us for a while now 

"Yeah...I'm a sound engineer"

"Cool"

"This is it" I said pointing to my apartment

"Thanks for the ride" I added as I got out of the car

"Hailee wait" I heard him call behind me. Is it me or does my name actually sounds nice from his mouth. I thought

I'm sure it's probably me 

I turned to see him taking his phone out of his pocket

"Can I get your number?"

I took his phone and punched my number on it without saying a word and turned to leave after giving it back to him.

I left out a heavy sigh of relief as I sank into my couch.

I was feeling a lazy to cook so decided to order for some pizza as I turned on the TV to see what's popping.

I heard the door bell after ten minutes and I guess it was the pizza. I quickly got to the door and took the pizza telling the pizza guy to keep the change.

The smell of the pizza made me realize how hungry I was
