Lapis’s expansion…

Adisa landed on his feet. He caught Alayah, who had fell in after him. The wind blew, as the two were high on a building. "Where…are we?" Alayah asked.

"This brings back memories". Adisa sighed. He put his sword away and looked around. They two where in a skyscraper.

Thousands of people walked the streets below,cars honking, and people arguing.

"It would seem…our enemy has put us on the human side of Island X. Humans like to try and copy the world outside of the island. So…this is a replica of New York City. Looks that way from the books I've read". Adisa explained.

"Why would they put us here? Especially with these smelly creatures?"

"We aren't alone. I'm getting a lot of energy readings. I can't find Splinter,Kenan, or Dora's energy anywhere. Seems like we were the ones who got caught in this little portal thing. Which…is strange. I thought Onbeperk was the one making portals. Unless…it's…Marcel?" Adisa stopped his rambling when he sensed familiar readings. "I found Jade. We will go to her at once!" Adisa put Alayah on his back. He jumped across the sky and towards her.

Jade rolled over on the ground and pushed-up off of it. "The hell? I've been put through a lot of holes today". Jade wiped herself off and wrapped herself with her cape.

"Jade?" A familiar voice called out.

Jade turned her head while activating her forcefield. Joster and Xavier emerged from the darkness of the building.

"Long time…little sister". Joster yawned while Xavier and her hugged. "Are you okay?" Xavier asked.

"You know I'm fine…are you? Your wounds…I…I'm sorry I couldn't protect you". Jade sighed, as she pressed her face against Xavier's chest.

Joster glared at the two. "Tsk". Joster caught a glimpse of a corpse sitting on the opposite side of the room.

"Who's there?"

Sendra, Gritha, and Alicia where in the darkness…just watching.

"You two are so cute". Sendra said. Joster's jaw dropped. "Are…are you kidding me?!" Joster laughed.

Gritha slammed her golden spear in the floor and slowly stood up. "This isn't the time for games or relationships. You two need to focus!"

"Gritha? You where with us after the jail-"

"You know these people?" Xavier asked.

"Funny, I was just about to say the same thing".

Gritha looked at Jade and Xavier. She caught a glimpse of her younger self and a tall man walking through a forest and happy. She snapped out of it and marched past the three. She looked out the window to see the large population of humans.

"We've been teleported here…most of the people who fought to stop the king's birth. This is a trap. We must leave…and quickly!" Grith explained, as she picked up her spear.

"We have to warn others. We can't just leave-"

In a flash, Gritha was face to face with Xavier. "Humans have evolved over the years…even on this island. You don't think they can pose as a threat to us?! Well, you're wrong! I've heard and seen things you cannot possibly imagine. The technology here is only a fraction of what the humans out there have. It's too dangerous to move around and start a fight with them-"

Adisa crashed through the window. "Been a long long time…Gritha". Adisa said. Alayah jumped off of his back and stood beside him. She gave everyone a little wave.

"Let's see…Jade,Xavier, her brother,Alicia,Sendra, and Gritha. Quit the group we have". Adisa said.

Joster raised his finger. Adisa felt his body tense up. "Am I dreaming or something?! Isn't this piece of shit supposed to be dead??" Joster yelled.

"Joster, that's enough!" Jade yelled.

Joster gave her a confused look with one eye higher than the other. "Enough? This…thing was gonna start a war with everyone on the island. If he's back…that only means death is coming to us all!"

"Death is natural. Everyone dies…everyone". Adisa sighed. "I've heard everything in the book. A monster,coward,traitor, and more. There's a difference between me and everyone else though".

"Yeah? And what's that?" Joster said as he tightened his grip around Adisa's body.

"I fear no being or death itself". Adisa said, while staring at Joster with a cold look in his eyes. Joster loosened his ability that wrapped around Adisa's body.

"How are you still here? I heard you were killed".

Adisa turned and looked out the window. "What stories were you told? And by whom?"

"Around the island. Frost told eevyone and it went from there. You were killed in battle by another clan. He never said what clan, but yea". Joster explained.

Joster sat on the floor and put his hand on his head. "Tell me…is the legend true? You'regonna destroy us all? Kill everyone?"

Adisa glared at Jade and back to the window. "Your sister made a deal with my crew to help you people against this threat. After this is all over…I'm going to continue with our plan".

"Our?" Xavier asked.

Adisa placed his hand on his chest. "The evil bastard inside of me. That is the one…who was supposed to destroy everything. I'm just a little vessel. You people will know who the true monster is soon". Adisa chucked.

Jade grabbed Adisa by the tank top and began to shake him. "Why don't you just summon this god of ours and just defeat the king?! Surly it can do that! We all are going through so much-"

"Going through so much? Everyone in this world goes through something. You people haven't been through anything…nothing about you has changed. You're still the naive little girl that killed innocent children and people four years ago". Adisa said, as he removed her hands from his shirt.

"That's enough, Adisa! Don't talk bad on-"

"Xavier…you haven't changed either. You lay in bed with the woman who killed your own? Your family? You possibly can't talk to me about talking bad on someone's name. You aren't even respecting your family as we speak! They'd be disappointed in you".

Xavier flashed his aura. "You wanna go outside?"

Adisa picked up his sword. "Control your emotions. If you giveaway our position the humans will be hard to take down with their army".

Xavier calmed down and punched the wall. Adsia walked past Jade and Xavier. "I have nothing against the two of you. If anything…you two were special to me. I just need you two to understand why I am the way I am. And stop caring so much for others. You need to be selfish to be strong…in this world at least". Adisa and Alayah walked by and sat with Sendra and Alicia.

Gritha rolled her eyes and followed Adisa.

"Tho m about it. Why put us all here? It's not like we can just walk out there in the public. I'm not a master at hiding my aura levels from these machines". Joster said.

"I know. We will move around night. The sun is out and what not. It'll be best to just-"

"If it's a trap…we can't do anything but wait. That's the best option. That's all we can do. But…something ain't right. Why have everyone here? I would know is Udo is here or not because of his large aura output. I think…the enemy wanted to separate us from Udo".

"But why do that? Why keep us away from the captain?" Xavier asked.

Joster's eyes lit up. "You know how lions hunt? What do they do?"

"Well, they pick out one weakest one of the herd and trap it…then kill it and eat it". Xavier replied.

"Right, but these aren't your average lions. These are mythical beats from another world. They thinking differently. Think about it…they know who the strongest of our race is or the biggest threat…the goal was to have the king fight Udo alone while we, the herd are separated from the strongest. They know that if Udo were to start losing or lose…we'd jump in and immediately try to kill the king".

"That makes sense…so you think they're teaming up on Udo as we speak?" Jade asked.

"No. They put us far away from him…because if we were to leave and help him fight it would just bother things. No, I believe the beast are here in the city or somewhere around it. I'm positive they're going to try and kill the rest of us. While Udo and Wonder fight…I think the king has a plan to take him out.

Jade looked across the room. "Adisa, is Splinter and the others with you?"

"Splinter isn't here. Only Alayah is from my group".

Jade leaned back. "If he really is trying to pull a fast one…we have to count on Elizabeth and Splinter to help Udo. Maybe more people if there are more fighters".

"Yeah".

Jerome walked around. Taking in the magnificent size of the buildings. "Amazing. This place is better than that little city".

Jerome was hiding his aura. "I can sense you around here. Where are you…Quintessa?"

Frost and Quintessa walked around in the subway area. "Who knew they would have underground transportation. Kind of throws me off". Frost chuckled.

"You aren't worried? I know the beast have something to do with this. This could be bad". Quintessa explained.

"I know. If that's the case…it's fine,as long as the king can actually kill Adisa".

"That's what you're worried about? What if they have a hidden agenda?" Quintessa was stopped, as Frost held out his hand.

Frost stood out. Stood around 6'7, a nice black dress suit, short blue-like hair with a fade on the sides and the rest sticking up , and with a black blind fold. "Something's wrong". Frost said.

On the other part of the subway, people were heard screaming,yelling,gunshots, and large amounts of footsteps running towards Frost's side.

"What the hell is going on down there!?" A man yelled out.

A child started crying. "It's okay. Calm down". A mother told her child.

The air grew cold and everyone's heart dropped.

There was nothing but complete silence. Slow approaching footsteps where approaching from the darkness, as the lights all turned off.

Everyone started to panic. "Stay calm! Nothing is going to happen!" A man yelled.

Suddenly, a loud screech could be heard from an unknown creature. "Is that…aura I sense?" Frost asked.

The footsteps were closer than ever. A pair of yellow glowing eyes shined in the darkness. A tall and pale creature emerged from the darkness.

The creature was seven feet tall, long arms that were so skinny you could see the veins popping out, a skinny body were you could see it's ribs, pale grey skin, long legs that almost bent backwards, claws on its long feet, sharp claws on its fingers, with a large circular head. The creature's eyes looked around.

Suddenly, more eyes appeared behind it. Frost noticed more and more creatures emerging from the darkness. "These…these things are-"

Obsidian and Ember appeared in the crowd of the creatures. " humans are so easy". Ember laughed. Ember wore a red dress, with a black at the end. Her hair was the same, red and black mixed together. She had a slim face, a little pale, with Ember colored eyes, and was very beautiful.

Obsidian and Frost held eye contact. "Aura beast…kill them and infect them all". Obsidian ordered. Suddenly, all of the creatures began to jump and run across the crowd of people.

People screamed and started to run away.

Obsidian and Ember ran through the crowd of people, killing them quickly. "Notify Wolf and the others! We need our fighters!" A man yelled.

Frost's world had slowed. "This is…pure chaos. I don't want to kill innocent people. If I use my powers…the range of attack would definitely kill innocents".

Quintessa tried to move Frost, but he wouldn't budge. "We have to go!"

Frost ignored her. He kept on talking and thinking to himself. "The beast have betrayed us. There's definitely something they have planned. If that's true I will not die…not here or now. I will kill the beast if I have to. That settles it…I'm fighting". Frost held out his hand and twist his fingers together. Before he could say anything. Ember shot a powerful attack of fire into the crowd of people.

Jerome was walking and could hear people falling on the ground. "Daddy? What's wrong?" A little girl cried. The man fell to the ground and twitched.

One of Obsidians creatures popped out of the man's chest. Everyone screamed and ran around. Jerome took a stance and pulled out his sword. "You gotta be kidding me!" He yelled.

Everyone sat in the room. Jade and her brother rambled about the possibilities. Adisa and the others were on alert.

"What's wrong?" Xavier asked.

"I hear people…screaming,yelling, and running. Something's wrong-"

A giant explosion came from the Underground Railroad. Adisa picked up his sword and looked out the window.

The sky was dark and the moon was out. "Dark already?" Sendra said.

"No, this is someone's expansion!" Gritha yelled. Everyone geared up and prepared themselves.

Lapis was on top of the Statue of Liberty. Right on the torch. The little green creature let out his aura. "Expansion: Battle System!"

A barrier formed around the city and night fell upon it. "My beautiful expansion. ATTENTION ALL BEGINS HERE! THIS IS A FIGHTING SYSTEM!! ALL OF YOU WILL FIGHT. THE ONE REMAINING WILL BE ABLE TO LEAVE!"

"You didn't tell them everything…liar". Amethyst said, as she threw a mans body on top of Lapis. Lapis's tiny voice went from a tiny and squeaky voice, to a drop and mature voice when fusing inside of the man's body.

"What idiot tells the enemy their ability? The more people that die…the more power we and the king get. The last group standing wins. I'm gonna go have some fun, you wait here". Lapis laughed, as he jumped and flew towards the tall buildings.

Obsidian's aura beast: Microbyte. Creatures that infect the host and come out when ordered to do so. One can't tell or know when infected. Can manipulate memories and easily take down civilizations. The creatures Quintessa and Frost encountered at the subway were microbytes. Someone infected was around and caused others to be infected.
