LUCIA'S POV

"Why are you quiet?" Elthon suddenly asked me as we walked together back to my room.

I just looked at my palms before answering him with a good tone.

"No, my foot just hurts. But! Don't worry, I can still walk. I'll just let it rest and it'll be okay." I was so quick with what I said so that he wouldn't worry about what I've just said to him.

He made sure to look at me in the eye as I waited for what he would say as well.

"Are you sure? You might sprawl on the floor and without noticing it, you can just tell me if it still hurts I can carry you back to your room." He suppressed and offered me a ride on his back.

Instead of taking it serious we both laugh as he averted his eyes from me. I also laughed to avoid looking at him but each time he spoke I laughed more.

"Stop it HAHAHAHHAHAHAHA," I stopped Elthon but he laughed even louder, as I blinked and pinched his side to stop him from laughing.
