Chapter 26: An enemy or an Ally?

A lot has changed in the past month, thanks to Zara's help. She was the creator of the ancient civilization, and she had a vast knowledge of technology and magic. She shared her secrets with Kathy and the other researchers, and they made a breakthrough in combining the two.

They developed much stronger weapons, such as laser guns, plasma cannons, and missile launchers. They also improved the war vehicles, such as the Aegis Skyblade, the Titan Tank, and the Phoenix Jet. They enhanced their performance, durability, and firepower, using magic crystals and spells.

The Aegis Skyblade now boasts an advanced adaptive cloaking system, rendering it not only invisible to radar and sight but also capable of mimicking the surrounding environment for seamless integration. Its shield generator has been enhanced to deflect a wider range of attacks, and it now features rapid-fire plasma cannons in addition to laser beams and missiles.

The Titan Tank's metal alloy armor has been upgraded to incorporate nanotechnology, providing unparalleled resistance to extreme temperatures and pressures. The self-repair system has been augmented with nanobots for instantaneous and comprehensive damage restoration. The tank now deploys swarm missiles from retractable pods for strategic and precise assaults, complementing its powerful plasma cannons.

The Phoenix Jet's magic crystal propulsion system has been refined to not only provide unlimited fuel but also harness ambient magical energies for a boost in speed and agility. The fire magic system has evolved into a dynamic pyrokinetic arsenal, enabling it to manipulate flames for defensive maneuvers and create controlled explosions. Additionally, the Phoenix Jet now features adaptive enchantments that enhance its overall magical resilience.

They also created new technology for the citizens' use, such as holographic phones, smart watches, and virtual reality devices. They made them more user-friendly, interactive, and fun, using magic tools and effects.

The city was thriving with the new technology and magic, and the people were happy and excited. They praised Siah for his leadership and vision, and they thanked Zara for her generosity and wisdom.

Two Phoenix Jets were testing their new features and got in the sky of the Bangar Kingdom accidentally. They were amazed by the speed, power, and fire magic of their vehicles.

"Wow!! This is freaking awesome!!!" one of the pilot shouted, feeling the adrenaline rush.

"Yeah!! Woooo!!!" the other pilot shouted, feeling the same excitement.

"We own this sky!!"

"Yeah!!" they both shouted, feeling invincible.

"Hey, there's something on the radar," the first pilot said, noticing a blip on his screen.

"An undead... huh?" the second pilot said, zooming in on the blip.

They saw a dragon, a huge and fearsome creature, but with rotting flesh and bones. It was an undead dragon, a product of the evil god's corruption. It was destroying a village in the Bangar Kingdom, breathing fire and clawing at the houses and people.

The two pilots looked at each other, and nodded. They decided to take down the dragon, and save the village.

They flew towards the dragon, provoking it with their loud engines and bright flames. The dragon roared in annoyance and attacked the jets. It snapped its jaws and swung its tail, trying to catch them. But the jets were too fast and agile, dodging its attacks with ease.

The dragon took flight, chasing the jets in the air. It flapped its wings and spewed fireballs, hoping to hit them. But the jets were too smart and skilled, evading its fireballs with grace.

They led the dragon away from the village, and high into the sky. They waited for the right moment, and then executed their plan.

They flew upwards, in sync, goimg to the dragon's back. They flied upwards curved their flight path, and positioned themselves behind the dragon. They locked their missiles on the dragon's body, and fired.

Two missiles flew towards the dragon, hitting it with a loud boom. The dragon exploded, its flesh and bones scattering in the air. The jets flew past the explosion, victorious.

The people of the village saw the jets defeat the dragon, and cheered for them. They were grateful and relieved that the jets had saved them from the dragon's attack. The jets then left a heart-shaped cloud in the sky, as a sign of their goodwill. They flew back to their base, to report what had happened.

A carriage was passing by the village, when it saw the jets and the dragon. The carriage belonged to the Saytan Kingdom, and inside it was the youngest princess of the kingdom. She was on her way to visit her cousin, the king of the Bangar Kingdom.

She was amazed by the performance of the jets, and wondered who they were and where they came from. She had never seen such vehicles before, and she was curious about their technology and magic. She asked her driver to stop the carriage, and watched the jets fly away.

Meanwhile, inside the village, there was another royal person. He was the third prince of the Bangar Kingdom, and he was the one who was tasked to defeat the undead dragon. He had arrived at the village with his soldiers, but he was too late. The jets had already killed the dragon, and left.

He was also amazed by the performance of the jets, and wondered who they were and where they came from. He had heard rumors about the Islivarian Kingdom, and its advanced technology and magic. He wondered if the jets belonged to them, and if they were allies or enemies. He asked his soldiers to investigate the village, and look for any clues.

The princess decided to follow the jets, hoping to find out more about them. She ordered her driver to turn the carriage around and drive in the direction of the jets. She hoped that they would lead her to their base, or at least to someone who could answer her questions.

The prince decided to contact the king, and report what had happened. He took out his phone, a magic tool that allowed him to communicate with anyone in the kingdom. The phone was one of the products of Ave and Amelia's company. He called the king, and waited for him to answer.

"Hello, this is the king. Who is this?" the king's voice said.

"Hello, Your Majesty. This is your third son, the prince. I have something important to tell you," the prince said.

"What is it, my son?" the king asked.

"Your Majesty, I have failed to defeat the undead dragon. It was killed by two unknown flying vehicles, that looked like birds made of metal and fire. They were very fast and powerful, and they used weapons that I have never seen before. They left a heart-shaped cloud in the sky, and then flew away. I don't know who they are, or where they came from, but I suspect that they are from the Islivarian Kingdom," the prince said.

"What? Are you serious? How did this happen?" the king said, shocked and angry.

"I'm sorry, Your Majesty. I arrived at the village too late. The dragon was already dead, and the villagers were cheering for the flying vehicles. They said that they saved them from the dragon, and that they were grateful to them. They also said that they looked like angels, or gods," the prince said.

"Angels? Gods? Don't be ridiculous. They are nothing but invaders, or spies, or traitors. They must have some ulterior motive, or some hidden agenda. They must be stopped, before they cause more trouble. I want you to find out everything you can about them, and report back to me. Do you understand?" the king said, furious.

"Yes, Your Majesty. I understand. I will do my best to find out the truth," the prince said, obediently.

"Good. I'm counting on you, my son. Be careful, and be vigilant. I'll talk to you later," the king said, ending the call.

The prince put away his phone, and looked at the sky. He wondered who the flying vehicles were, and what they wanted. He wondered if they were allies or enemies. He wondered if he would ever see them again.

The two jets flew back to their base, where they were greeted by their comrades and superiors. They reported what had happened, and showed the video footage of their fight with the dragon. They were praised for their bravery and skill, and rewarded for their achievement.
