Chapter 19: the break room (2)
Inside of a particularly dark room with no visible light source whatsoever to illuminate what's inside, it was so dark that no distinguishable trait of the room could be seen, so dark a person trapped in this room probably wouldn't be able to tell that they're even in a room to begin with.

In the middle of the room was a luminescent pool of jade colored liquid, the liquid shown like an gem in the dark as bubbles rose up from the bottom of the pool and popped once they reach the surface.

More and more bubbles began popping on the sufface of the pool and if you look very closely you could see a blurry shadow within the luminescent liquid.
