Euphorial father opened the letter to know what it says.It says,
To the Cross family:
This is to inform you that the first vampire prince Ephraim Lived will like to tie the knots with your beautiful daughter,Euphorial Cross.
Visit the king's palace for further details of the marriage proposal.

Damon.
Euphorial gasped in surprise immediately after the letter was read.'Father i can't believe that the person i danced with yesterday is a prince not any other prince but a vampire prince at that' she looked at her father with twinkling eyes.
'Baby,i think there will be trouble if the marriage between the prince and you happened,i mean no one can know about what you are.What will happen to you when the prince doesn't fall in love with you before he knows your secret? I don't even think you can hide anything from him after your marriage' came the concerned words of her father.
'But father i don't think the proposal can't be turned down you know vampires are prideful creatures.Let us think about it this way,what will happen to us if we turn down the marriage proposal of a royal vampire? You know that king Otis will never agree to stamp his seal on the prince marriage proposal if not that he has something to receive in return' she paused a little so that her father could think about her words and then she added 'father we either accept the marriage proposal or we die,you know if not for being hanged for disobeying the human king's order but for being killed by the vampire prince him self which will be worse'
'Father you should know about the nature of the first vampire prince since you work in the black market as a merchant.He is called dangerous for a reason,i would rather marry him than to die in an excruciating pain.I know you are worried about me father (she picked up Charles hands and said with a determined face),i promise you that i will not die,i will surely make him fall in love with me.
"I'm so sorry that i made you live like this" Charles said with a teary face.
'Don't worry father i will be fine.Let us just go to royal palace and get things done'.
In king Otis room a voice was heard outside.
'Your majesty,the Cross family is seeking and audience with you at the entrance gate' came the reporting voice of the royal guard
'Allow them to pass and then guide them to the throne room i will be there shortly' king Otis commanded.
'Yes your majesty' the guard bowed and left.
At the entrance gate to the royal palace,
Euphorial was being escorted by her father.She didn't change her clothes before going to the palace since she was going out before the messenger came to their house to deliver the letter.The only thing different is the coat she used to cover her face so as to prevent the village people from recognizing her.
'Allow them to pass they are the king's guests' the royal guard said to the gate keepers.The door was opened for them and they were guided to the throne room.When they got to the entrance Euphorial removed the coat on her head revealing her now braided blonde hair and beautiful face.The eunuch that was supposed to announce their presence got hynotised by her beauty.
'Are you not going to announce our presence to the King' came the cold voice of her father.He always hate it when people stare too much at his daughter.The eunuch woke up from his stupor when he heard the girl's father words.
"Announcing the coming of Charles Cross and his daughter Euphorial Cross to his imperial majesty and his royal family" the eunuch announced and then opened the door for them to go in.
'Your majesty' came the greetings of the Cross family.
The king become surprised because of Euphorial's beauty.It is the first time he will be seeing someone as beautiful as his daughter.She was not only beautiful but alluring.
'You don't look poor for a merchant i guess selling in the black market gives you alot of privileges' princess Diana said since her father seems to be tongue tied because of the merchant daughter's beauty.Her beauty is on par with me but she looks more better than me because of her special features like her eyes and lips and also the alluring charm around her after that there is nothing more special she said in her mind in jealousy.
'I guess the prince is attracted to your daughter's beauty' Diana said to Euphorial's father with a tint of jealousy.
'Let us get straight to business so your daughter here has picquied the first vampire prince so in turn the alliance between the human kingdom and the vampire kingdom has been formed.As you are a merchant in the black market i don't think I need to inform you again that nobody in this human kingdom is allowed to know about the existence of vampires aside the royals so you should keep the secret if you want your daughter to have a peaceful life' Prince Daniel threatened Charles.
