After all, they only had the throne infinite core, there was still more for them to collect and increase their rule over the world tree. As long as they directed the more blood thirsty locals towards the users, then they would have to start from scratch. This was a rule that they added and didn't share with anyone.
It would be best for the users to find out the hard way that they weren't untouchable immortals anymore. Fin didn't talk a lot in the meetings, since he wasn't an ACE and only came along to fill in a space, no one would listen to him. He was even yelled at to shut up so the 'adults' could talk on the first day and hasn't talked since.
