Chapter 16: Zombie 3

*Kakuzu Scene, Outside the Castle Near Forest Outskirt of the Capital of Land of Fire*

*30mins after fighting and Killing all the Royal Guard*

"Blrugh, H-How... are you still alive?!"Head Guard.

"Hahaha, you only destroyed one of my hearts. Now die!!"Kakuzu said.

and finally, Kakuzu killed the Head Guard but at what cost?

"Fuck! this gives a bitter taste to my mouth. argh, I'll just regroup with that maniac Hidan and leave this shithole country." Kakuzu

<FlashBack No Jutsu>

After leaving behind Hidan who takes care of the other guards. Kakuzu followed the trail of the Daimyō along with his guards. Kakuzu was trailing the other guards for almost 10mins already. Plenty of traps were left behind on his trails to prevent him from catching up with the others. but it doesn't change anything and finally, Kakuzu caught up with the other guards but both the Head Guard and Daimyo were not on the group.

"Damn his fast!" RG 7 said

"We need to stall more time to let the Daimyō escape," RG8 said

"Then we just need to fight him and buy some time to let Daimyo-sama escape first," RG9 said

"Right! Earth Release: Mudslide"

"Fire Release: Fireball"

"Lightning Release: Lightning Beast Tracking Fang"

"Wind Release: Air Bullets"

Four Royal Guards confronted and cast their Jutsus towards Kakuzu. But Kakuzu dodges the upcoming Jutsus and condenses his skin to become more solid and hard as diamond using the Earth release: Iron Skin.

"Hahahaha Idiots. Do you think I will let you hit myself with your Jutsus?! Know your place weaklings. Earth Release: Earth Grudge Fear!" Kakuzu

Suddenly Two Masked Puppet Monsters came out from the Body of Kakuzu. Then those two masked monsters opened their mouths and cast two combined A Rank Jutsus at point-blank range.

"Combination Release: Searing Devastation. (Searing Migraine+Pressure Damage)"

When the Jutsu was cast, 3 of the 4 Royal guards were caught off guard by the sudden attack and died on the spot. While the other one was critically injured and thus it was also in his last breath.

"Blurgh!.... C-curse you..."

Was the last sentence of the Royal Guard before succumbing to his death.

"Psssh Pretty Pathetic, It was only S Rank Jutsu, and all of you died?! you all just waste my time. oh well, time to follow the two escapees." Kakuzu

then Kakuzu followed the escaping Head Guard and The Daimyo. after running full speed for almost 20 mins. Kakuzu finally caught up with Head Guard. but Kakuzu saw that the Daimyo was already gone. and it made Kakuzu upset because his target was already gone and the Head Guard successfully did his mission of keeping the Daimyo safe.

Back when Kakuzu was fighting the other guards, The Head Guard use summoning Jutsu to summon his eagle beast to let the Daimyo escape and let his summoned beast escort the Daimyo into the Konahagakure while he will lure Kakuzu to follow him instead. At first, the Daimyo was protesting that he can't escape using the eagle because he is afraid of heights. so the Head Guard knocked out the Daimyo and let his summoned beast carry him and travel to the Konohagakure.

When Kakuzu came face to face with the Head Guard, Kakuzu confronted the Head Guard and asked the location of the Daimyo.

"Where's the Daimyo?!!" Kakuzu

"HAHAHAHA WHY WOULD I TELL YOU?!" Head Guard

"DON'T WASTE MY TIME! WHERE IS HE?!!" Kakuzu

"HAHAHAHAHAHA i will never tell. You need to kill me first before you can get to Daimyo-sama" Head Guard

"Then so be it!" Kakuzu

then two fought, casting their respective ninjutsu after ninjutsu, throwing shurikens, and kunai, and even fighting using Taijutsu. After fighting for so long, Kakuzu was mad and summoned one of his hearts to distract the Head Guard. When Head Guard saw the image of the Puppet-like thing he became wary and it puts the Head Guard on the defensive.

"A puppet seriously? We've been fighting for a long time and you just summoned a puppet now? " Head Guard

"Shut-Up! your so pesky that I need to summon it! this will be your last chance! TELL ME WHERE IS THE DAIMYO?!" Kakuzu

"HAHAHAHAHA OVER MY DEAD BODY! I WILL NEVER TELL YOU WHERE THE DAIMYO IS! SO GIVE ME YOUR BEST SHOT YOU BASTARD!!!" Head Guard.

"THEN DIE!!" Kakuzu

Kakuzu along with the summoned heart fights the Head Guard head-on. While the two were attacking the Head Guard, The Head Guard however was having a hard time fighting the two at the same time. The intensity of the attack between Kakuzu and the Puppet Monster is giving him a hard time breathing and defending. So with a little option, the Head Guard decided to attack and destroy the puppet thing first. He analyzed that the mask on the puppet was its weakness so without further ado he target the masked with the intent to destroy it.

"Lightning Release: Electromagnetic Murder" Heard Guard.

When the Jutsu was fired on the mask, the masked itself was destroyed and the puppet started to dissolve while some part of the puppet returns back on the body of Kakuzu.

"HAHAHAHA YOU'RE FINISH!" Kakuzu

Then Kakuzu condense his fist with Earth Release: Iron Skin to make is fist more solid and hard as diamond then Kakuzu punched the Head Guard right on his gut. When the punched connected to the gut of The Head Guard, The Head Guard was blown away and destroyed several trees because of the impact force from the punch and was injured because of it.

"Argh!" Head Guard

When the Head Guard was thrown away by the force of the punch of Kakuzu. Kakuzu followed the thrown body of the Head Guard.

"HAHAHAHA! TELL ME WHERE THE DAIMYO IS AND I WILL KILL YOU SWIFTLY!!" Kakuzu

"N-NO!" Head Guard

"Then I will beat the shit out of you until you talk! Hahahahaha" Kakuzu

Then Kakuzu beat the shit out of the Head Guard, Raining him strong consecutive punches all over its body, a strong kick on its gut. The Head Guard already know that his life is already on forfeit because of the consecutive attacks that he received, so with his last dying effort he condense all of his remaining lightning elemental chakra on his right hand and prepare to drag Kakuzu with him.

When Kakuzu saw the last ditch effort of the Head Guard he did nothing and just wait him to finish his last attack. After condensing all of his remaining chakra, the Head Guard thrust his right hand to Kakuzu and he was aiming for the heart. When he finally thrust his hand he thought he killed Kakuzu but he was dead wrong. What he saw was the mocking smile of Kakuzu, he was shocked because of it and he chocked on his own blood because he can't believe that his last effort did nothing and with that he know he failed dragging his enemy with him on after life.

"Blrugh, H-How... are you still alive?!"Head Guard

"Do you want to know? HAHAHAHAHAHA, you only destroyed one of my hearts. SO WHERE IS THE DAIMYO."Kakuzu

"I see….. I will never tell you." Head Guard.

"Then Die!!" Kakuzu.

And with that Kakuzu finally killed that last remaining guard. But it cost him two of his hearth.

"Pssh! I should have not sacrifice my two hearts you. Argh well since you destroyed one of my hearts. It is only right that I will take your heart HAHAHAHAHAHA!"

Then Kakuzu used his Earth Grudge Fear to stole the heart of the Head Guard.

"Fuck! this gives a bitter taste to my mouth. I'm still missing a heart! argh, you shit you still owe me a heart! Fuck!!!! Time to leave this place And regroup with that maniac Hidan and leave this shithole country." Kakuzu
