Jack slept soundly after spending the entire day having fun with Anna, but Anna took a while to fall asleep thinking about the confusion she had when Jack brought her to this apartment. She thought she would have to sleep with Jack, and since they had never had sex, she didn't want to sleep in the same bed as him.

Even though Jack hadn't thought about it, Anna kept thinking if she was ready to have sex with him, especially now that she knew everything about him. Anna had always been curious about sex from hearing about it with the other mutants.

But Anna didn't think much about it because she knew she could never touch anyone because of her powers. Now that Anna could touch Jack and they had been dating for a few months, she was thinking about it.

The next day, Jack called Anna early to let her know that he would come to her apartment to take her for breakfast. Anna got ready quickly and told Jack he could come, so Jack opened a portal and was in front of Anna again.

They went out to eat, and then Jack took Anna to the hotel where Peter and Gwen's wedding would take place. Peter and Gwen would get married in a church that Gwen chose, and they would have a small party at a 5-star hotel.

Jack paid for the party because he wanted to see his friend happy, even though Peter had been receiving a decent salary for almost 3 years. Peter also spent a lot on the apartment he rented for Aunt May to move into and the new apartment where he lived with Gwen.

Jack suggested that Peter do this because, in a luxury apartment, security was much higher. Even if someone found out he was Spider-Man, that villain would have difficulty invading a luxury apartment to kidnap Gwen and Aunt May.

As soon as Peter graduated from university, Jack gave him a new salary increase, but Peter didn't want to accept it because he already thought he was making enough. However, since the laboratory was already profitable, Jack didn't hesitate to increase the quality of life for his friend, who was a genius.

Peter said he was close to creating a cure for Electro's disease and had already created an initial version of the special prison for villains, which was reinforced enough that even a super-strong villain couldn't escape.

Peter was already trying to create a cure for other villains who had fought against him in recent years, but it was harder than it seemed in the movies, and the new prison cell would be ready in a few years. Jack would wait for S.H.I.E.L.D. to clean up Hydra before proposing this new prison to the government.

"Jack, what are we doing here at this hotel?" Anna asked curiously.

"We came here to see how the preparations are going for the wedding of a great friend of mine. Peter Parker is getting married, and I'm going to be his best man. That's why I said I had to stay away from the X-mansion for a few days," Jack said.

"I understand, so this is a personal matter you had," Anna said, understanding.

"Yes, I couldn't say at the X-mansion that I was going to a friend's wedding because when they saw someone getting married in New York, they could figure out my identity. But now that I've revealed who I am to you, I'm prepared for some mutants to find out," Jack said.

"I'm glad you can leave the X-mansion with me so you can be my company at the wedding. Otherwise, I would have to come alone," Jack said, laughing.

"Oh! Is it okay if you take me as your company? After all, you're the best man," Anna said, worried.

"Of course, there's no problem. After all, you're my girlfriend, so you can meet some of my friends who are here," Jack said.

Anna was happy that Jack said she was his girlfriend. After all, Jack was going to introduce her to his friends. For Anna, who always had a problem with trust because she couldn't touch people, Jack's trust in her made her happy.

Soon Jack entered the hotel and several people who were organizing the wedding greeted Jack, after all, they knew it was he who was paying for the party, and soon Jack could see Gwen checking out some things for the wedding.

"Hello, Mrs. Parker, are you ready for your big day?" Jack said, laughing.

"Jack, I'm happy, of course. I've been waiting for years for Peter to propose to me. I had to be kidnapped for him to have the courage to do it," Gwen said jokingly and saw Anna behind Jack.

"Gwen, this is Anna, my girlfriend. She'll be my companion on the wedding day," Jack said, noticing that Gwen was curious.

"It's a pleasure to meet you, Anna. I'm Gwendolyne Stacy, you can call me Gwen," Gwen said with a smile.

"It's a pleasure to meet you too, Gwen. I'm Anna Marie. I hope it's not a problem that I suddenly appear at your wedding," Anna said.

"It's not a problem. I've already heard of you. Peter said Jack talks about you a lot. Besides, I wouldn't have the nerve not to invite you, after all, Jack is Peter's boss and is paying for the party," Gwen joked.

They talked for a while longer, and Jack asked if he needed to wear a special outfit. Gwen said she had ordered a suit for him at a store, and Jack had already given his measurements for it.

"This will be a regular wedding. It will only be you as Peter's best man and a friend of mine as my maid of honor. You'll enter separately, and you have to stand close to the groom's side at the altar, and my maid of honor will be on my side. Nothing to worry about," Gwen said.

Anna wanted to offer help for the wedding, but she didn't know Gwen well and was afraid of causing an accident because of her powers. Jack said Anna could go wherever she wanted to choose a dress for the wedding day.

Anna knew a place she had seen in magazines and took Jack there to choose her dress. As Jack had warned her with only two days left before the wedding, Anna couldn't have a custom-made dress and had to buy one ready-made.

Fortunately, Anna had a body similar to some models, and the store had several dresses that fit her well, so Anna could even choose the dress she liked the most. Of course, she chose a simple dress because she knew she couldn't stand out more than the bride at the wedding.
