Penny hugged her mom and dad as she waved them goodbye, " I will miss you mom, dad" she whispered hugging them once more, " me too darling" her mom whispered in her ear patting her head. " Penelope, I believe you are a grown up now, " Mr Ben told his daughter, she nodded with a smile knowing what he wants to pass across to him. " I'll be fine dad, don't worry" Penny reassured her father, " I know you will be fine, but..." he spoke with frown adorning his face, " don't worry, I have Julie and.....".

" aunt, uncle" Julie greeted as she walked to where they stood.

" Julie" Aunt Marion called her, " I'm so glad you're here" she said almost tearing up. " what is the issue?" Julie halted in her track staring at Aunt Marion.

" ah.. nothing much...." Penny replied immediately, " don't mind mom, they're afraid I'll get hurt once I leave their sight" Penny said holding back from laughing as she stared at her mother's face, seeing the expression on her mom's face.

" oh" Julie made an ' O ' shape before laughing, " dear Aunt Mari...."

Mr Ben sighed loudly which gained the attention of others. " is everything alright?" Julie asked her uncle. Though she calls them aunt and uncle, they are not her uncle and Aunt, neither are they related by blood. Julie is a childhood friend of Penny, they call each other's parents, aunt and uncle.

" I don't think so" he replied and sighed, " it's fine, don't worry we'll be fine..."

" what about food?, you and Penny will starve" Aunt Marion interrupted worry evident on her face.

" don't worry mom, we won't starve" Penny reassured her mom, " you won't starve, then who will feed you?, you'll struggle to feed all by yourself".

Penny looked at her mom and sighed knowing what her head is driving at. " mama, do not worry okay?, well be just fine at least l have Julie to look after me and.....we will survive just fine"Penny encouraged her mom.

" okay" Aunt Marion exhaled, " dad, mom, we'll be taking our leave now " she informed her parents. Mr Ben smiled at her, " come give papa a hug".

Penny walked to her father and hugged him. " take care " he whispered, " be a good girl and stay safe."

" yes, I will"

While Penny hugged her father, Julie hugged Aunt Marion, " Julie, please be careful, okay? I don't want any harm to either of you, and call me when you need anything, if Penny won't call me you should, okay?" Aunt Marion whispered to her. " yes, Aunt Marion". Julie pulled away, " Julie" Mr Ben called her, "Uncle Ben" she smiled at him as she got close. " come there" he stretched out his hands, come give uncle a hug" he said and pulled her into his embrace, " please take care of yourself and Penny, okay" he said with a low voice, he pulled away and looked her in the eyes. " yes, I will uncle" she replied nodding her head.

After the duo hugged Penny's parents they walked to the cab waiting for them at the entrance and drove off.

" I don't feel like parting with them, I miss them" Penny spoke as they drove down to the city. " missing them already?" Julie asked her friend who seem to be too fond of her parents. " your parents didn't say anything" she stated and heard her friend let out a light chuckle, " they did, but not much" Julie replied smiling at her friend. " because.... they're used to your style" Penny teased Julie and grinned at her, " my style?" Julie tilted her head to the side and looked her smiling friend, she slightly frowned, " I won't call it my style though, but I can call it....I don't know" she trailed and smiled at her friend.
