Thalia's outburst nearly made Hayes and Sheena dropped their jaw from shock. Afterward, they grew confused. They looked each other and the same emotion were reflected in each other's gazes.
"G-Guild Leader." Sheena finally called Thalia once more, trying to catch her attention. "What did... you say?"
She was pretty sure that Thalia shouted something after she called for Rise, and she looked angry too! However, for some reason, she was unable to hear it as though her ears or mind had malfunctioned at that exact time.
And by the look of it, she was not the only one who experienced the same thing. Hayes also heard none of it. It was strange as they were Espers and sensitive about things like this.
Thalia blinked; anger was still evident in her gaze as she turned to the side and locked gaze with Sheena. She stared at her for a few seconds; the anger subsided slightly. Her gaze then turned to Hayes, and she looked at him for a few seconds.
