Take A Break

{ARMANDO]

I look from Arthur then to Mr. Jaime. Something was up between the two of them and it is not about Arthur getting heartbroken. Again!

Well, that was what his father told me and I don't think he would lie to me about something like that, right? Okay, I am not sure what to think because guess what? I don't want to think right now about it.

"Mr. Jaime, is everything okay?" My mother asks and stares at Mr. Jaime then at Arthur. Mr. Jaime shooks his head and turn back at my father.

My mother does not like vague answers, so she tells Arthur, "A minute." Arthur nods and looks at me, he leans in and tells me, "It is about to go down."

"What?" I ask Arthur, he smiles at me and whispers, "your mother will defend me, if I love, let me love, love, right?"

I start nodding then I stop, I am not getting what he is saying, "What?"
