Real Pourpose

*Kaito's POV*

"So? Have you completed it?"

"I have. But what do I get in return?" I replied Orochimaru.

"What would you like?" he asked me.

"I want all information on Danzo. Everything about him. Expecially his arm."

"Are you planning to kill him? That's gonna be be hard but I'll give you him information." he said. I took out a scroll and threw it at him.

"Everythings inside."

"Thank you. Kaito-kun. We'll meet again... very soon." he said as he sink into the three trunk.

Looking towards Anko I see 3 giant tigers surrounding her.

"So how did it go? Did you caught the imposter? " I asked her in a mocking tone as I take out my sword.

"Don't say a word!" she replied

I jumped to her and sliced the tigers in half. And soon 2 Anbu arrived.

"That Mark! Don't tell me. " one of the Anbu said when he saw the mark on Anko's neck. Anko nods.

"Orochimaru? If he's here we need to report it to the Hokage. Let's go" he was surprised by the answer.

"No! I got to the tower!" Anko said.

"What? If Orochimaru is here, the whole village is in danger. The exam is the least of our worries!"

"Trust me! I'll explain when we get there. Ask to Hokage to join us as well." Anko replied.

(In The Tower)

"The Exam must continue!" Anko told us.

"Why?" the Anbu asked.

But before she could reply, a chunin rushed in the room and said.

"Thank god you guys are here. There's something I need to show you." he said the moment he saw me and Anko.

"What? We're in the middle of something!" Anko said in an irritated tone.

The chunin took out a surveillance footage and went to the monitor to show it.

"There! Look at the time stamp!" he paused the video and pointed at the time stamp.

I the video there was 3 poeple: A red-headed boy with a gourd, a boy carrying something in bandages and a girl with a giant fan on her back.

"This was taken 1 hour and 37 minutes after the exam started. They have already completed the second exam." the chunin continued.

"That's.... not possible." Anko could believe it.

"I wouldn't say impossible." I corrected her.

"Look at the red haired boy with the tattoo." Anko.

"What about him?" the chunin looked closer.

"Don't you see it? These not even a smug on his clothes" Anko continues.

"Must be his inate talent." an Anbu replied.

"So where's this boy?" I asked the chunin.

"He's in the lounge.... Why?" he replied me.

"Nothing. Just asking" I said as I make my way to the door.

"Wait. Where are you going, we need to meet the Hokage." an Anbu informed me.

"I'll be back before the Hokage come." ini exited the room.

(In the Lounge) * General POV *

In the resting area for those who have completed the chunin exam before the time limit, there are 3 candidates, Garra, Kankuro and Temari. They have completed the exam before anyone else with frightening speed.

Garra is sitting on a couch with his eyes closed. Temari is reading a book not far away form him. Kankuro is eating at a dining table. Suddenly, a figure appeared beside Garra.

The figure had white hair and blue eyes. He was wearing a Konaha forehead protector and a black and white kimono.

"Garra, Temari and Kankuro. Children of the 4th Kazekage. First to complete the second exam. " the figure spoke. All of them tense up and took a fighting stance.

"Woah there. Did you prehaps forgot about the rules? No fighting allowed without permission." the figure spoke again but Garra ignored him and prepared his sand to attack.

Before the sand could hit him, the figure raised his hand and the sand stopped.

"You'll need to do better than that." he spoke again. As he grips his hand, the sand moves back towards Garra and grips him, fixing him in place.

All three of them were shocked and speechless. Someone other than the members of the Kazekage family could control sand.

"I'll pardon your actions this time as I was the one who startled you. I'm just here to see the leading candidates, no need to be on guard." he slime while saying.

"Who are you?" Kankuro asked.

"Do yo not remember? Guess I didn't make a huge impression. Well, anyway I'm Sentsuki Kaito, Head Proctor of this exam. " Kaito said and he looked at this watch.

"I'd better get going, bye." he disappeared as he said that.

(The Previous Room) *Kaito's POV*

After I went to see Garra and his team I returned back to the room. After some time, the Hokage arrived. He helped Anko suppress the cursed seal.

"How are you feeling Anko?" the Hokage asked.

"I'm alright, thanks to you, My Lord." Anko replied.

"Why would Orochimaru choose to appear now of all time." a chunin asked.

"He's probably here for...." before Anko could finish the Hokage said "He's here for Sasuke."

"Beeb!" just then the monitor lit up. A chunin reported "The Second exam has ended. There are a total of 7 teams or 21 candidates who passed. According to the rules, we'll have a preliminary round for the 3rd exam."

"let's proceed with the exam as planned while monitoring Orochimaru's movements." the Hokage said and we proceed to the battle arena.

(Battle Arena)

In the battle arena, the Hokage stood in the middle with Anko on his left while I'm on his right.

" Congratulations on passing the second part of the Chunin Exam. Now, Lord Hokage himself will explain about the third part of the exam. They are all yours Hokage-sama. Anko starts to announce, officially ending the second exam.

" Very well. "the Hokage steps forward." Before the explanation, I'll talk about the real purpose of this exam. Why do we do joint exams with allied nations? 'To maintain good relationships' and 'to increase the qualities of shinobi'. Don't be deceived by those reasons. This so called exam, is a epitome war between allied nations. To avoid wasting military power, countries decided choose a place to fight.... That is the Chunin Exam. This exam does examine those who are worthy of the Chunin title. In this 3rd exam, feudal Lord and famous people who are potential clients are invited as guests. They will see your abilities and the stronger country will be flooded with jobs while the weaker country's job will decrease.
